Easy hike of 3 km, very beautiful landscape in a very colorful canyon. After the cemetery follow the red tag. 2800 pp + guide mandatory
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Worth a visit. Beautiful area. Nice walk.
800 entry & 5000 for a guide, which you have to take. The big tour is 2,5-3,5 hours. Take this one, you will enjoy.
Now 8000 per person for entering only, don’t now about the price of the guide.
Report Check-InLast year you could do the walk at your own. Now only with guide. Without guide you are only allowed to see the viewpoint.
Report Check-InWe had a very good experience with our guide who was nice, clever and who wanted to answer all of our questions. We recommend the walk into the Quebrada, it's really interesting.
Report Check-InRude man at the entrance, looking at his phone non stop while talking to us and asking for money (2800 pp + guide mandatory to make sure we stay on the trail) while the trail to quebrada senoritas is closed because of the rain (we didnt see any rain at all for at least 3 days) so its only possible to do the 1h trek to the amphiteatro
Even to take a picture from the parking lot you have to pay... We went away as many others
This walk is really beautiful! Our guide, Roberto, was one of the best guides we’ve ever had! We pretty much rapid-fired questions at him for 2 hours about everything from plants to politics, and he was happy to chat about it all (in Spanish). We paid the 300 entrance ($0.30) and 2000pp for a private tour ($2), which was slightly more but allowed us to take the time to translate to our family visiting.
Report Check-InThis place is in wrong location - it is located at -23.30866, -65.36397
Report Check-InWe talked to them and you need a guide not cause the hike is difficult, he is there to police you, that nobody leaves the path… before 8am and after 6pm you can get in for free…
Report Check-InThe entrance is 300pesos/pers. Then you have the choice between two circuits. Both are now with guide you can’t go alone. The full one is 2800/pers and the shorter one is 1400/pers. It’s totally worth it we enjoy our time there.
Report Check-InWe only did the free tour in the canyon, a 1 hour walk very nice. You feel very little between the cliffs.
The "quabrada de las señoritas" is only doable with a guide, who will charge you 2500 / pers.
still very nice Quebrada! increased to 300 pesos per person. nobody before 9am and then people arrived (more than 20).
we stopped on the way to sleep : small flat areas , no wind, quiet at nice and very nice views over the mountains!
One of the best places in the area!
You get to the parking lot. Then you pay 100p entrance fee. But with this you can only do the first canyon on the right. To also do the second one on the left (the further one) you must get a local guide at the parking lot. Price for that is 1300pp.
If you'll want to do it alone anyway, they have a person standing where the two paths part and they will enforce you to take a guide anyway.
That's what we did, joined another group wlaking further. We didn't feel it was a rip off however - the guide was nice, he got us some helmets when entering a super narrow canyon, he pointed out some indigenous ruins on the way back etc.
Well worth it.
Report Check-InIt's 100 pesos pp to enter the area and from there you can only go by yourself to the red rock amphitheater (much smaller than the one in Colorado, but still super nice). If you want to go to the caves it's now required to go with a guide, and the cheapest it'll be is 1000 pesos if you can wrangle a group of 10. I posted a photo with all the guide prices. We just went to the amphitheater, but really enjoyed it. We went with a friend who brought his violin so we even got a live performance in the amphitheater.
Report Check-Inahora cobran 100 pesos por persona. vale la pena totalmente uno de los lugares más bellos de la quebrada
Report Check-Inpath of about 4 km round trip in the middle of the red mountains. very poorly marked. follow the slope and head between the two red mountains at the bottom. if you follow the river you will come to some cool caves.
chemin d’environ 4 km aller retour au milieu des montagnes rouges. tres mal indiqué. suivre la pente et se diriger entre les deux montagnes rouges au fond. si vous suivez la rivière vous arriverez à des grottes sympas.
Report Check-InVery nice walk.
Can drive after the cemetery with 2wd for 1km in a large off-road way.
After only walking.
Very nice colours. Ending in a canyon in the middle of nowhere.
1h30 one way.
rando facile de 3kms aller, très beau paysage dans un canyon magnifique et très coloré. après le cimetière suivre le balise rouge.
