Had an absolutely delightful time staying at OaxacaView and with Sabine. It was quiet at night and peaceful in the mornings. The bathrooms and showers were impeccably clean and there was recycling onsite. Highly recommend!

Lovely little camping on the outskirts of Santa Maria El Tule. Price for one person with tent 175 pesos
Great German stile toilets and showers ;)
Very quiet except for the dog concert at night. If you come by bicycle expect the usual dogs brouhaha as you pass by. Excellent location to go to Oaxaca by bike also since it is only 10-15 km and there is a cycle path (kind of)
Also at night you can see the Oaxaca lights . The landscape arriving there is beautiful and there are excellent and cheap comedores in Tule.

We intended to stay just for a night but felt so welcoming we stayed longer.

The shower and toilet are the cleanest we’ve seen so far in Mexico and cannot be topped.

A short loop hike up the hill starts just in front of the property. Nice sunset and night views over Oaxaca and Monte Alban.

The dogs did not bother at all.

You get European standard quality for very little money! Thank you very much Sabine for letting us stay at your place!

This is a quiet and pleasant pitch for up to three small to medium campers. The sanitary facilities are super clean and the host Sabine is very welcoming. 175 pesos/night without electricity, but it can be booked if required. Pets are not allowed, as there are already 5 own dogs and cats on the property.

This is an amazing, quiet and peaceful place. Sabine was an amazing host and helped us with the shipping of a crucial part for our van. Near to the town of El Thule, you can borrow bikes to get there. Washrooms and hot showers, both are very clean. Nice view of Oaxaca and friendly pets. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Sabine is very nice. Wifi, very clean bathroom and shower. Very warm water.
Water and electricity on the spot. Wifi reach the vans with is great.
However there is no shades at all for the vans.
Also you better like dogs cause there are 5.
Sabine offer laundry service for 60 pesos per wash. In my opinion it wasn’t the best wash but it’s convenient. You’re close to el Tule and there is all kind of shops in the village nearby

Sabine gave us a warm welcome. You have everything you need here. A hot shower (very clean), a very clean bathroom, water and electricity. Around the place there are fields and you can see all the way to Oaxaca and the mountains. We wanted to stay only 2 days and stayed 4 days. Here you can relax. Beautiful. Thank you Sabine

The Oaxacaview has reopened after the long forced break due to Corona. Everything is as described and we were warmly welcomed. Sabine is a great host and we still enjoy our time here very much. If you love peace and nature, this is the place for you. Tule is a stonethrow away and can also be reached quickly by foot. The dogs are well-behaved and since they are in the house at night, it is absolutely quiet.
We recommend this lovely place !

They are back in Business. Just reopnening.
Just write them a message in advance. Still 200 Pesos.
It is a wonderful property. Hot showers, toilet, in best conditions.
Sabine is wonderful welcoming.
Anything over 7 meters might get problems with the right turn to get to the Backyard.
Absolutely recommended.

The place is nice - cleanest bathrooms we've used in Mexico. The view is also beautiful. You are camping in their yard though, so keep that in mind...you're in their space so they are also in your space. They were very involved and helpful to us, but hovered a bit...our camping neighbors had some issues with them though. They argued a lot and the male owner was very condescending to them. The dogs are NOT friendly here either. I was growled at by one of the small ones, and charged by the big mean one. One dog was ok, but they all bark a LOT. Don't plan on sleeping in - they let the dogs out at 6am to charge your car barking. One of the dogs attacked my dog and the neighbors dog, and they didn't seem to think it was a problem. My dog stood up for herself so it was fine, but the other dog got ganged up on by all 5. At one point we were sitting outside their yard in the street, and found out they were waiting for us to leave so they could take the dogs for a walk because their dogs would freak out having us out there with our bikes. To me, those are not nice dogs.
There is also no shade here.
Lastly, I was a bit put off by the woman's free use of some derogatory words. The German neighbors were lovely to us, so I think she was just annoyed with them and being mean. We wouldn't stay again, even though the view was beautiful and the place was clean. Too many awkward interactions and the dogs sucked.
It takes a half hour to get to the city too, which could be a negative for some people.
You probably won't have a bad time, this was just our real experience.

We enjoyed one week at this relaxing place. you feel very welcome at Sabine and Eddie's place. The bathroom is clean and the showers are hot. A perfect place to relax and for visiting the Oaxaca area. Sabine and Eddie are very friendly and helpful. Great stay. Recommended.

It’s a perfect campground for small RVs and vans in a small village. Great bathrooms and amazing view at Oaxaca city. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. At the property you will find cute dogs and cats. We spend Christmas there and it was wonderful. Good spot to take some rest and see the surrounding towns and mountains.

We stayed in the casita for 6 months, great location near a charming old church with nice garden and views of Oaxaca city. The place was spotless and well equipped and the owners were super helpful and responsive to questions we had. Things like drinking water and laundry were available at the same cost as in town which was great for us, as it is a bit of a walk. Internet was fast and reliable and their advanced water system meant we were never short of clean water which can be a problem in that area. Thoroughly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Oaxaca. Thanks Sabine & Eddie, look forward to visit again!

Lovely place with sweet owners who really care about the campers who come and stay! Very hot shower with great water pressure and spotless clean toilet! Definitely recommended!

Very nice family size campground in the outskirts of Oaxaca - around 30 min with a car.

Sabine and Eddy and very sweet and friendly hosts. They gave us many tips for the rest of our trip. Sabine also offers to do your laundry (50 pesos/load)

Camping spots have water and power. Wifi works great.
Restroom and shower are brand new and spotless clean.
The house is surrounded by a fence and the gate is closed at night which makes it feel very secure.

We stayed two nights for 200pesos per night, and the 3rd would have been free - but unfortunately we had to go.

We highly recommend !

Sabine and Eddie welcomed us on their new camp ground where we could find plenty of space (maybe the very big rigs would have issues entering), clean toilets and showers and full hock ups with fast internet. We also got nice and helpful tips where to go next and what to see. Great stay!

We had to come back to Oaxaca for Mechanic work and instantly knew where we would be staying! This place has truly become and felt like our second home! We are so happy to have met Sabine and Eddie and know that you will have a beautiful time if you come here too. Our dog absolutely loves staying here also! Not to mention the WiFi is incredible for catching up on work!

Great property to stay at while visiting the Tule/Oaxaca area! Your attentive hosts Sabine and Eddie will take good care of you. They are currently improving the grounds with electricity and a dish sink but already have the cleanest shower and bathroom we’ve seen in MX. Great rates the longer you stay. Dog friendly and all but the longest rigs will fit, no height restriction.

What an absolute gem of a property with two of the nicest hosts you will come across. They genuinely care about your wellbeing, your experience in Oaxaca, and are always seeking to improve their campsite. Oaxaca View is a small private campground tucked away at the end of a dirt road just outside the capital city of Oaxaca. The hosts have literally thought of everything in the way of amenities. There is room for about 3 to 4 vehicles (not big rigs) with 20amp electrical hookup, an extremely nice hot shower room with floor to ceiling tile (best yet), along with a nice bath room. The hosts have also added 2 hammocks that are great for unwinding after a long day hiking or shopping. There is also a hose for filling up any water tanks. The hosts plan on adding a grey water dump station along with an outdoor sink to do dishes in. The property is pet friendly and the owners have 4 friendly dogs. If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, multi amenity property right near Oaxaca’s capital then look no further! Contact the owners through WhatsApp :)

Die Unterkunft liegt ein bisschen abseits von Tule war aber kein Problem da uns Ed und Sabine abgeholt haben.Küche, Bad - ganze Unterkunft war in einen sehr sauberen Zustand. Die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben ein paar liebe Hunde die einen bei der Ankunft sofort begrüßen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine super Unterkunft mit eigener Terrasse!
