Arrived late. Charged us 25k for a room with fan. Seems expensive but we were too tired to go somewhere else

Stayed in a double room with own bathroom. Clinical clean room and bathroom, hot shower, air conditioning and enough space to get my bicycle into as well. Payed 21.000/night. I would have been happy with a smile. But kindness isn't for everyone.

If you are into this covid thing this is your place. If not , just run , as fast as you can. You are not allowed be on a property without a mask . I mean not even outside, in the garden. We were on the street, outside their gate and the owner demanded us to put a mask on. We didn't stay !

Prices have gone up since the last update. Now C15k for the most basic private room with private bathroom. Still probably the best deal in town and very comfortable. Decent wifi and warm-ish shower.

Only complaint is the lady who runs the night shift. They don't allow smoking anywhere on property (which is fine). Late at night I wanted a smoke but didn't want to open the gate because it's metal and makes a lot of noise so I walked next to the gate and lit up there. She came out screaming and yelling and threatening to kick me out. it's a chain link fence. so I opened the gate and stepped less than 1 meter outside and continued smoking. It's not like the chain link was going to stop the smoke and also I'm pretty sure I was the only person in the entire hotel here tonight. Seemed like an unnecessary fight to pick.

Entrance is on Calle 1. Gated parking for about 4 or 5 cars. Room with 1 queen bed and 2 twins are $38 USD per night for 2 people. Maybe cheaper rooms available but not when we were there. clean, basic but worth it after 5 hrs trying to cross from Nicaragua to Coasta Rica. owner is nice and helpful. I didn't catch her name.
