Latest Check-Ins

We got here around 9.30pm and the guard on duty didn’t allow us to stay. He said we could probably come back when the landlord of the restaurant left, but he said he didn’t know the time. We moved at the other beach access.

Report Check-In

this is the parking area for the restaurant next door so not as private as you may think however once the restaurant closes it would probably very quiet🤙

Nice Location. A neighbor offered us a garden shower and towels. Friendly vibes. Felt pretty safe because next to the camp is a restaurant with a security guard 24/7 walking around.

I stayed one night. It was wonderful to have a quiet safe spot so close to the nice quiet end of the beach. I was very careful to be quiet and keep a low profile. The security guard on duty when I arrived was super friendly and welcoming, the later ones were a bit more reserved, but would smile and speak in return when I would say hola buenos días or buenas tardes. This spot is best for those who are self contained and can stealth camp. It's not suitable for cooking outside or those needing restroom facilities.

Report Check-In

There were too many cars parked here at 9pm so we kept going to the next public beach entrance next to an abandoned lot with a small white wall around it. Parked right on the street no problem.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting San Pancho. The area is becoming quite developed but still has a cool layes back vibe and great beach. Please be mindful while staying here as it is a beach accès between houses and a fancy restaurent.

This is our second year spending a few days in our truck camper. if you see cars here just park above them. you can slide into the beach end of the road when the staff at beach club leave shift😉

I use the bar & the washrooms if your casual about it

We stayed here and it was fantastic! We had to wait around the corner for a few hours until cars moved as there is only one space to park! Arriving in the morning or late at night after 11 would be suggested as staff from the restaurant on the street park there. We are a 7m long Rv much bigger probably wouldn't fit. The security of the restaurant were so kind. We stayed 2 nights.

We camped here on and off for about a week. It was totally possible so definitely not closed. In September there were quite a few bugs though and the securities are not really friendly anymore (they change each night), but they dont kick you out. There is a tab for water but apparently it is not good, not even for showering. We didnt know and used it and are still alive ;)

At night we saw turtles laying eggs on the beach. Facinating!

Report Check-In

We went by to check out this spot and two locals said it’s CLOSED for camping now (no camping started two weeks before).

So we parked for two nights in town by the park/basketball court (Cuba street), which was perfect location to beach and main street with public bathrooms. Cute little hippy town, much preferred over crowded sayulita.

Great spot right by the beach. We slept here 2 nights with 2 campervans.
The spot is next to a big fancy hotel. Security guy came by and said it was fine to sleep here. No facilities !

Report Check-In

We stayed here for one night, it was very calm and we felt very save between the hotel „next door“ with a friendly guard outside and the vacation homes.

Report Check-In

Good spot just north of town. The beach is nice and not too busy. Couple of palm trees for shade, hammock or slack line. The driveway might be tight for big rigs though...

Great free spot in San Pancho.
We parked on the beach and tent camped for three nights. The security guard from the luxury restaurante next door is a nice and friendly guy.
Amazing sunsets, whales and dolphins could be seen (swimming distance) and almost no bugs at night.

Report Check-In

great spot! security guard next door too😊

Report Check-In

We found this small street that it is possible to park directly at the beach. Between 2 private properties. Fancy houses around. Even in high season this side of the beach it’s almost empty. If your lucky, you’ll find a place to park ;) residential area.
We saw whales everyday!
