Something not right?

Description

Playaca is located between Santa Marta and Taganga, right on the beach. There is plenty of shade for cars and tents, a beautiful spot away from the noise of the city but close enough to taxi for a night on the town. The restaurant/bar is open on weekends with mostly local patrons. We stayed during the week and it was very peaceful. Call Francisco "Chico" for availability

Remeber last time when we were here i said no more again. So we gave a other change to this a really nice privete beach and now i have to say no more again. I thought after a year they will a bit improve but noap just ask for money. Toilet dirty, no water, no showers but yes nice place with a great beach but not for us .... for campers with everything it can be .... Stuff nice but felt like they dont care. Different Colombia for us.

Report Check-In

Very nice secluded spot, by the water in a cove with just a couple of homes nearby.

The owner is very very nice. Give him a call and he'll help out. Also he was in the process of building another building that would be possible to rent rooms. not sure when it will be finished but it looks close.

4x4 highly recommended, this rainy season has washed out the steep road a lot. And if it is wet it would be difficult to get out without 4x4. I think he also plans to fix the road at some point, but it might be a while.

Report Check-In

As discribed, very nice place. 4 x 4 is strongly recommend to reach the place, payed 30.

Report Check-In

indeed a nice spot but overpriced. no water, filthy bano, no shower. it was late so we stayed, payed 30k ( they asked 40), left the next day. Not easy to find but look for a big white signboard at the beginning of the entrance road.
