second night update:
The second night was Saturday night. It was very busy and loud until 1:00 p.m. You will definitely need ear plugs if you want to sleep. Restaurants and car music was quite loud. even for me. looks like weekday nights are the best to stay here.

Stayed here last night which was Friday night. Got here around 530 pm. Parked the car and checked with attendant and police if it was secure. They said it was all good. walked all the way to Pyramid door 4 and 5(about 25 min walk). set up my RTT, all good. can be little noisy but I sleep deep. no problems. yes, church bell rings every hour. in the early morning drove to pyramid gate 2 so I can walk the pyramid. it's best to enter st Gate 1.

Parking in the town secure but the church bells like each 15min until midnight so when we wake up at 5h30 to go the ballons they were already people cleaned up the place so not so calm at all but secure if you need it.

Report Check-In

Buen lugar, seguro y con iluminación, estacionamiento gratuito. Hay baños a unos metros, $3 pesos por persona, abren a las 8 AM.

Report Check-In

Spent 2 nights here and it was perfect. Everything you could need in town and walking distance to the pyramids. Was a little loud from the church bells, dogs and the military base (I’m assuming) on the first night (Sunday) but Monday night was very quite. Got to the pyramids at 8:45am and there were less than 20 others there.
