Couldn't get into the two other parking lots near here or at the Catholic university spot so we resorted to here as not much else worked. First he said 20,000 CLP for 18 hours but we negotiated for 24 hours instead. Let us use bathroom. 4G Entel service.

Asked for 30,000 pesos for 24 hours! Yes, more than 50 USD! Of course we did not stay. The woman working there did not my pregnant wife to use the toilet either! Avoid if you can! The other parking 50m away charges 9000 and Frederico, the attendant was very nice!

Nice place to park the car when visiting Valparaíso. Cerro Concepcion is about 25 minute walk. We paid per half hour, 600 pesos. There is even a toilet.

Secure parking 1200 an hour with water and a hose. The guy is super nice no height restrictions.
