Camping on a sandy/grassy field. Also a parking lot. Steps from the beach. Rustic bathrooms, showers, electric included (if you have an extension cord). Price is 80 pesos/person/night PLUS 50 pesos/night to park... We negotiated down to 150 pesos/night.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

Parking on Cuba street a block away is a better option for overnight. We wanted a full day so we are staying here. There is a phone number on wall to call. Guy came by this morning for payment. We think it is a bit overpriced. Bathroom is not something we would use.
The place has been sold and will become a condominium. is a photographer here taking photos and overheads with a drone.
Report Check-InBasically the only option for camping in San Pancho besides the beach that's free. It's right on the beach and for a truck it's nice. If you have an RV there are no hook ups for water or electrical so might as well just camp on a side street for free!!! Ghetto bathrooms, toilets with bucket water flush behind a curtain with no seat but hey, it's a toilet! No showers and no running water but you got the ocean right there! We payed 150p but I used to live in in SP so I know him from before? Nice hippie dude! Gates with a lock so it safe!
Report Check-InThe owner now wants 80 pesos a person AND 100 pesos for parking. We had a tough time negotiating down to 200 pesos per night. He wasn't friendly. The facilities are very primitive. They didn't even have water for the showers. We loved San pancho, and wanted to stay longer, but this place turned us off a bit. Too pricey.
