Description

6 RV spaces behind the store. Called up before and spoke to the manager who said it was fine to stay overnight. Highway is in front of the store so no direct noise. Still quite a bit of traffic around + trains passing.

Latest Check-Ins

about 5 vans, 2 small rvs and 5 cars here. looks like one even is set up for a while. No issues

Report Check-In

Also not sure why this place is marked closed! Parked here overnight with 8-10 other vans and RVs without disturbance. Plenty of other RVs parked on East Lucky Lane as well.

Report Check-In

Not sure why this place is marked as closed. Stayed for the night with at least 10 other RVs, vans, and car campers in the parking area behind the building. No problems. There are signs up that say no camping, so just treat this like the overnight spot it's meant to be and not your personal campground.

Report Check-In

We spent the night with a lot of other campers there. We had no problems and it was allowed. You can easily stand here and "open" the place again :)

Report Check-In

I called and was told by the person that answered the phone that the city of Flagstaff is no longer allowing camping in the Cracker Barrel parking lot

Report Check-In

Stayed for 1 night. There were a lot of vans and RVs. Felt safe the entire night. No issues.

Report Check-In

Very popular spot, was able to find something on a Friday. I got terrible T mobile service but ok for the night, felt safe. Don’t be like some of the people we seen at this spot though and set up camp (chairs, generators, tables outside, slides out, taking numerous spots when you can fit in a smaller spot). That’s how we’ll lose spots like these.

Report Check-In

Really appreciate cracker barrel allowing overnight parking. Felt safe. T mobile service not the best. A few people had their doors open, chairs out, generators on… it’s not a camping spot for you to stay as long as you want. please be considerate of others just wanting to get a nights rest. Please be respectful so we are able to keep spots like these and not get turned away from businesses

Report Check-In

Stayed overnight on 9/14/2022 and it was a good first spot to be. There were a lot of other RV’s there.

Report Check-In

We had planned to spend the night there and to take the breakfast the following day, we finally turned back. The parking lot is saturated with camping cars of which some seem to be there since months. Moreover the parking lot is dirty with homeless. That did not inspire us confidence, nor gave desire to eat there.

Report Check-In

Packed on a Tuesday night with Cracker Barrel’s music currently blaring at midnight. Thankfully I feel safe enough to sleep here with earplugs.

Report Check-In

did not stay here, parking lot was pretty full and there were easily 20+ rigs parked for the night. might be a decent place to stay for a night but was too crowded for my taste tonight.

Report Check-In

Easy place to spend the night in Flagstaff. plenty of spots outback. we called ahead. gas for dogs. Cannot escape nose from the highway. And really windy last night.

Report Check-In

Mostly quiet night in terms of no knocks. The train goes by frequently and if you don’t have sound insulation in your van, you’re going to hear it. There’s plenty of spaces out back. However you do want to get there early because it fills up fast!!! Do call ahead!!! And do go in to buy something if you can afford it. Verizon signal was 2 to 3 bars, but the download speeds were 3mb while the upload speed was 20mb! Odd. There is wifi closer to the super8.

Report Check-In

Lots of boondockers! A little noisy but not bad.

Report Check-In

When we phoned ahead, they gave permission to park in rear of building. With the forest closing around us nearly every parking space is taken. Grassy area to walk the dog. Verizon 4G lte - 5 bars. ATandT 4G-lte - 1 bar . zero chance of quiet. Interstate 40 to South. One of the busiest train tracks to North. But Free, no dirt between my toes parking lot camping, with plans for biscuits and gravy for breakfast sittin on the front porch in rockin chairs! 4 out of 5 stars. Ive got ear buds and meditation music. ❤

Report Check-In

Plenty of space in the back for campers, RVa and Vans. There were maybe 20 of them parked out back here.

Report Check-In

Wonderful lot. Crowded in the designated spots, but the whole parking lot is available. We have a slide and the next guy parked so our slides weren’t a problem. We always eat a meal here. Leftovers.

Report Check-In

right off the highway but not too noisy. safe feeling and big lot, I called to make sure they allow overnight parking and they enthusiastically said they did. TONS of vans and RVs here. They just ask to park in/near the back. I had to park on the side bc so many spots already taken in back.

Report Check-In

Hands down the fullest lot I have ever stayed in. There must’ve been 20 rigs in the lot and across the street in the gravel along the off ramp. I scoped the place out early in the afternoon and saw a guy all set up like he was tailgating; lawn chair, doors wide open, and having a beverage. Came back before dusk and he was still like that. C’mon folks, have a little respect. More and more signs banning overnight parking are going up because of guys like him. There’s really no escaping the road noise and T-Mobile service was terrible.

Report Check-In

Clean, pretty noisy between all the road noise and trains, not terrible.

Report Check-In

Went past here on my way to the travel center and it was packed on a saturday night at 7pm. If you plan on parking here go pretty early.

Report Check-In

Just pulled in... we p-l-a-n-n-e-d on dispersed camping out near Raymond Tank or somewhere in the area, but the roads were way too mucky for our Sprinter. thank goodness Cracker Barrel still hosts, as we didn't want to drive around looking for a suitable stealth camping site. us we got to eat ar Cracker Barrel! ☆☆☆☆☆

Report Check-In

Tons of campervans and Rvs here. Good spots in back. Be respectful and leave no trace!

Report Check-In

Great place to spend a night. I talked to the hostess inside and she said we're allowed to stay here one night. Since my van is just a small camper, I parked in a normal spot around the back. There are about 7 spots for RVs but it looked pretty full by 7:00 pm. There's some noise from the train and the road.

Report Check-In

It's a convenient stop in a pinch. the lot was pretty packed rolling in after dark at 7:30 pm. I got a decent Verizon signal, and was able to work withmy hotspot. However, a freight train passes by just about ever hour through the night and there is a bit of road noise. If it wasn't dark then I would have opted to search out a BLM spot near Sunset Crater.

Report Check-In

This was a life saver spot as many of the Forest roads were closed to access other free camping spots. Arrived around 9.30pm with relief many spots were un taken. Some big RV’s around and a few other campers with their vans, so felt very safe. The highway’s a little noisy but with ear plugs lol I had a great night’s sleep. Cell service is good and the location is ideal for exploring Sedona NP, Flagstaff and you’re not too far from the Grand Canyon. Gas station close by if you need to top up. Very pleased with this spot. It’s free, but “Pack out what you pack in”

Report Check-In

Very Nice place. We asked if we could overnight and They said it was ok! We parked behind the restaurant and there was like 5 more RVs. We spend 2 nights. :)

Report Check-In

free RV parking, some other RVs also parked here, nobody bothered us, we did not even need to ask for permission to stay here. quite noisy but close to the town.

Report Check-In

Close to town but noisy spot next to HWY.
WORST are the brainless big RV owner with their stonge-age technology generators - these people are not only ignorant but also selfish. If you are one of them - Nobody likes you!

Report Check-In

The water spigot doesn't work. 5/1/2019.

Report Check-In

You can camp here, but pretty loud from traffic, trains, and idiotic generators running all night. I would try something else in the area before returning.

Report Check-In

Small lot ,several RVs already there . Class A had slides out , rude !
Had cell service

Report Check-In

There were RV/Bus spaces behind cracker barrel. Both of the walmarts in town posted no overnight parking, no camping signs, so this was a lifesaver. there was another full sized van parked there, but since I am so small I just parked in a spot nearby. worked out great. there is a walmart and gas stations very close to use the restroom in the morning.

Report Check-In

parking lot behind the restaurant, there were a bunch of campers and van lifers around. a bit noisy and some light posts nearby but good for a night

Report Check-In

Stay one night in one of the six bus parking in the back of the restaurant. We ask inside if it it is okay to stay overnight.

Report Check-In

Had a nice mail and stayed there for the night with 5 other RV’s. Nice and friendly staff. Night Little bit noisy by trafic. Good swimmingpool nearby
