Latest Check-Ins

We didn’t stay here for the night, but only took a very nice hot shower (clean) after the Cerro Falkner hike for 2000$ pp.

Report Check-In

price 12/23 for 2 adults + van: 20000 ARS
next to the beautiful lake but also pretty close to the busy ruta 40, visible from the street
we considered too expensive for what you and drove on.

Report Check-In

Nice spot to camp but 10'000 pesos per person is pretty steep... showers freezing cold and there was no water in the morning

Report Check-In

One of the most beautiful places I have ever camped. Pristine, quiet and perfect. The lake and surrounding mountains are simply exquisite and if you score a spot on the lake, you are in for a magic stay. Kiosk open nearby with everything you might need plus selling hamburgers ect. Many cows in the area, so friendly! Plentiful tables, seats, fireplaces and shade. One of my favourite places so far in Argentina.

Report Check-In

We stayed here one night right by the water view. Absolutely quiet and stunning! Weekends here can get loud sometimes. Clean washrooms with hot water during the day and clean toilets. But they do have a sign outside saying no dogs which we didn’t see as we arrived at night, next morning someone came and said it’s not allowed to have dogs here but it’s ok for this time. Regardless lovely stay compared to camping libre villarino which is free but was packed with too many van and had no toilets. It’s 10,000 for two people and a van which is more than rest of the places but it’s seems to be the standard rate right now in this region.

Report Check-In

We paid 3,000 pp to camp. Such a wonderful setting on the lake, one of the quietest, most peaceful places we’ve stayed. It’s a surprisingly huge site so there’s loads of room. They served food from the little cabin 3pm - 6pm.

Report Check-In

So quiet! 3000pesos pp and mh was free. Prob because it is the end of the season. Tenters nextdoor got robbed of things from inside their tent, but we were fine. Clean bathrooms. Launched our kayak from our site 5. We’ll be back!

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

awesome place with the best view but 5'000 arg pesos really expensive. basic shower but working on solar. no cellphone reception

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Very nice place with lake view, quiet at night. Actually pesos 2500.- per person, per night and 1000.- for the motorhome.

Report Check-In

Stopped here for a picnic. Lovely place! Very nice atmosphere. 500 pesos to use picnic bench and toilets.

Camping looked really nice too. Decent shower block and toilets. Lots of picnic benches, play area with volley net, table football. Large common fire pit. Kayak in the lake. Food, wood, carbon available at the entrance.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

It's open, look great but very expense.. 1000pp por night, so we didn't stay and we sleep on the free spot just 1km After. But we took a good hot shower pour 300pp after climbing the Cerro Falkner, nice hike by the way!

Report Check-In

Very nice camping on Lake Falkner. found a good place for truckcamper. hot showers from 12-21 hr. From the second night on, you het discount. payed 37 us dollar for 2 nights with 2 persons.

Report Check-In

500 pesos p.p. now (December), they will increase to 600 in January. Didn't stay. The free one 1 km ahead is without facilities but very nice.

Report Check-In

Looks very nice but very close to the main road and asked for 600 for 1 person in a tent and moto! Didn't stay. Was also raining which affected my decision!

Report Check-In

Nice camping with amazing view on Falkner lake. Hot shower only in the evening from 6-9pm. Price 400 per person, we didn't stay there though, only took a shower for 100 pesos per person and we went camping on the free camping site only 2 km further.

Report Check-In

Large and beautifully situated established campsite by the lake. .brand new shower and toilets, small shop and occasional budget van/bar. Lots of sites each with fire pit. Probably very busy at the height of season, absolutely perfect on our visit late March.

Report Check-In

Very good spot. Clean, brand new bathrooms. About 50 campsites, each with a table and fire pit, beach at the lake and a little cerveceria and food truck on the campsite (only in high season). The reception sells some foods and drinks too. Paid 200 pesos pp per night. Only disadvantage was the wind, however there are some well protected spots on the campsite.

Report Check-In

Really big campground (60 sites) among the trees by the lake, with tables and fire pits at each site. The sites by the lake are the busiest, but there are some in the trees that are pretty private. You can hear the road, but there’s not much traffic at night. It would be very quiet if owners didn’t let their dogs bark all night!
The shower/toilet block is brand new with hot water all day and sinks to wash dishes. The camping reception sells beer and basic food. The price is 300 pesos per person.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

they renew the place with small bathrooms , new wooden tables, a burger kiosk . price 300 arg. pesos pp per night .
quite expensive for what you get, I went to the close free camping area.

Report Check-In

great place. 300 pesos pp. can get busy here in main season. no signal whatsoever, no WiFi. BYO food, beer, water (all locals drink the tabwater). we stayed at No. 30 with our two MCs and tent, perfect.

Report Check-In

great Camping. 16.02.19 Main season, 300 pp. solar super hot showers at daytime. kind of lot of people but enough room in the parcels, we stayed at No.30. amazing views, no WiFi, no signal for any network. great place. BYO, there is a small shop but they have not much and what they got is expensive.

Report Check-In

huge camping with lots of fire places and a beautiful view on the lake and toilets/showers.
when we were here they were still working, so the camping is still cloded. but we asked and were allowed to camp there without paying.

Report Check-In

hermoso lugar...pocos servicios

Report Check-In

Still close in october.

Report Check-In

Not sure if it was previously free, but it's definitely not free now (Jan '17) - 150 pesos pp. Looks like a lovely campground with new (semi permanent) showerblocks (and with hot water apparently), but we opted for across the road where it's free!

Report Check-In

This site is now free, but has no services. Still very peaceful and shady. Better than the place across the way.

We walked over to this site to see if we could score a shower, but had no such luck. It seems that they have torn out the bathrooms entirely. They are not charging anymore either, free fifty free, but no services.

Report Check-In

Big campground with sites at the lake. Table and firepit, but no grill. We had no wind here. Narrow roads because of trees, be careful with bigger rigs. 80 Pesos per person, expensive, you pay for no wind.

Report Check-In

Organized camping just north of the free spot above. Would be a nice place to go if it’s windy or you want services
