This place is no longer a campground. They let you stay the night, but it is not a great place to camp.

Report Check-In

It’s possible to stay here with motorhome. But they want 10.000 CLP per person now. Too much, we left.

Report Check-In

Nice camping to stay next to iquique. You can take the bus to downtown. There are a lot of buses, it takes 30-50 minutes to the city center.
The camping is ok. You can do your laundry for 5’000 clp. The toilets, kitchen and the shower are ok. In the evening there is some music from the sports area, but the night was quiet. We paid 10’000 clp ppn.

Report Check-In

Today we wanted to camp here. They told us it isn't possibile because they are a hotel.
We left.

Report Check-In

Weekends avoid. Lots of loud music until 7am in the morning from local areas. Basic area to camp, hot shower, clean toilet and a small room with cooker, sink n flat surface. No fridge. Camped 2 people 15000. Local area is outskirts so bit of a dump but local shops 7min walk away. Didn't sleep much. Owner is nice though.

Report Check-In

Arrived at 18:00 at flightparc. They charged us 40.000 $CP 2 Pax / 1 small campervan
Because it was christmas evening. We only needed a parking place, no facilities.
We left to other place.

Report Check-In

Local seguro com várias facilidades. Conta com banheiros, ducha quente, energia e água potável. Somente para motorhomes e afins, barracas não são permitidas.

Report Check-In

Gated camping in Iquique with a bathroom, warm shower, tiny kitchen and electricity option. Washing machine use for 5000 cp. Super tight quarters to park because of the property’s numerous shuttle vans. Pickle ball courts on property played loud, heavy bass music past midnight. Some rooms are nearly priced the same for 2 or more people camping. Great paraglider community!

Report Check-In

Pequeño camping con todas las comodidades necesarias para asegurar una grata estadía: seguridad, electricidad, baños impecables, ducha con agua caliente, cocina y wifi. $10.000 x persona.

Report Check-In

Friendly hosts, clean restrooms and shower. Busy area with other overlanders, hotel, and tennis court. Fun vibe and great place to watch the sunset over the sea!

Report Check-In

we paid 22000 for 2 adults and 2 kids. kitchen shower and toilets very clean. There is a little swimming pool ask before go because it is for the hôtel. our childs can go because there is nobody in the hotel. very safe. you can do parapente fly. if you want water for the campervan you have to pay.

Report Check-In

They raised the price: it is now 15000 per night just to sleep in you car. Shower but cold, really basic but at least it feels safe. Don't waste your time in Iquique, there is really nothing interesting here.

15/10/19
NEW PRICE CAMPING 7500 pesos 1 person 1 night

We stayed here for 7 nights, Monica is very friendly! We payed 5000,00 pp CLp . The view is wonderful! Is very easy to take the bus for go to the downtown!

Report Check-In

We stayed 4 nights in the cabanas. Not the camping side. We payed 7k p.N. Really fast internet to work on blogs, download and sync files. Laundry 5k. Kitchen. Very safe, because there is a big gate to close it behind you after you drive in or out.

Report Check-In

great place to stay!
a small pool, hot shower, clean washroom, laundry (5000 pesos) and a nice view on the sea. 5000 pp with the van

Report Check-In

Good place to spend a few relaxing and quiet (at least as long as the outdoor disco nearby is not operational) days. Small pool, washing machine, picknick tables under palm trees, a few colibris.

Report Check-In

Great place to spend a safe, quiet night in busy (and dangerous?) Iquique. With free use of electricity, kitchen and sanitairy facilities: clean -newly painted- toilets and hot showers. WiFi was excellent as the owner put an extra fast router near the pitches!

Report Check-In

Nice place on a hill with a view over the Pacific. Fast wifi, electricity and hot showers. The owner is very friendly.

Report Check-In

We were only overlanders here. There are three wifi networks. Two near camping don't stay connected and were slow when they did but wifi at common area upstairs was very fast and some of our devices were able to reach it at campsite too. Gate is kept locked and they gave us a key. There's a #10 bus that takes you to town and the free zone for 500CLP pp - takes nearly an hour as it goes thru el centro but you get to see the city without driving through it. There are drying lines between bathroom buildings.

Report Check-In

Off the city with nice view over pacific. Water, hot shower powerfull, electricity (whasing machine extra 5000p), small swimming pool. Safe and quiet at night. 5000ppp

Report Check-In

Very nice place. when we stayed they leave the gate close all the day, and they give to you a key, to prevent the enter of bad guys. with the gate close its look very safe, we leave 2 days out camper alone, and nothing happen.
all is very clean, you can use the kitchen and the bathroom, in the night very quiet, not in the day.
maribel and leonardo they are the administrations and leonardo speak English, they can tell to you the best things to do in iquique, the water of the bathrooms are ok temperature

Report Check-In

beware of this campsite: wie bot robbed while looking for the reception.Security gate wide open and not a soul around. So anybody can just walk in....

Report Check-In

Check-in office (unmarked) is on top far left as you are facing the complex on upper level of Flight Park up the hill in top row of containers stacked and painted white. Knock on door next to sliding door. 5000/pp per night.
Showers once regulated provided plenty of hot water in the afternoon.

Wifi comes and goes. Generally need to go towards office to log in but then will reach to Camping bathrooms and showers.
Electrical outlets are 3 round plugs stacked vertically. So even though we have lots of adapters, none of this style so couldn't use electricity.

Report Check-In

The setting is not bad and quiet during night, centre is easy to reach by bus but wifi was a joke, nearly non existent, campers kitchen stove did not work and shower not always hot, still the best deal around I guess.

Report Check-In

Electricity at sites? Better bring a long extension cord and a weird plug adapter - https://i.imgur.com/DdeiEEh.jpg

Report Check-In

We checked in here, as the reviews for wild camping were not good. The host checked our number plates on the van as they were Chilean he commented that we might have been okay - after 7 weeks of travelling in Chile almost every night wild camping we checked in here. 5,000 pesos per person per night in a camper. Use of all facilities. Check out by 12pm.

Report Check-In

Warning: things got stolen. We lost valuable things at our stay there.

We stayed here for a month renting a room in one of the containers. The containers have got a door, window, and some furnitures, and is a ok room. We did not get any discount for staying this long even though we asked for it in advance. Ended up paying $19000 per night.
There is electrisity, but you will need an adapter. They have a kitchen with refridgerators and possibillities to cook. Everything was in very bad shape, and the whole kitchen were not very hygienic. It has toilers, but you can not lock the door. The showers are far from comfortable as you could not regulate the temperature. You had to choose between boiling hot, or very cold.
The host does not speak english, and we ended up getting a very bad impression of him as he had arguments with many of the paying customers. He could not communicate without getting angry or rude it seemed like. We desided to leave the place to stay somewhere else the second month in Iquique, as we didnt feel welcome.
It looks like a place that once was very nice, but now the place is falling apart in lack of maintainance and is not worth the money.

Report Check-In

Still 5000 pesos pp, including electricity, kitchen, bathroom, showers and water to fill up our tank. Bit noisy during weekend, there is a sports ground near.

It is far from everything, but bus ("micros") stop on the main road, 470 pesos pp to the city center, any bus goes to the center.

Report Check-In

We stayed three nights with our big motorhome, but the area ist not so big and there ist not very much space for big rigs.
The price was fair and they even made our laundry, one load for 5000 pes., friendly owner. We visited the center by bus. We walked down to the main road and drove with bus nr. 17 into the city center at plaza prat and with the same bus nr.17 back again. easy, save and ceap.

Report Check-In

Good place, the camping zone is separated from the hostel zone. It place is in a hill but a good location. Confortable and nicw

Report Check-In

Close to town. Not the prettiest surrounding, but worked well for us. 5000p/P.

Report Check-In

Good place to meet other overlanders! Kitchen, picnic tables and hot showers available. Friendly stuff! :)

Report Check-In

Stayed for a couple of nights - 5,000 per person per night. The site has nice views, but is a bit ugly otherwise. Still, really nice place to camp with great facilities and friendly staff. We drove to the end of the driveway (near the ping pong table) and it was much quieter and we pretty much had the bathrooms and proper kitchen to ourselves (there is a second set of each near the main camping site about 50m back)

Report Check-In

liked it here. good place to do some work on our truck. easy ride to town on bus. good showers, clean with (and here's the novelty...) all the tiles in-situ on the wall! Such attention to detail probably won't catch-on with other campsites in St America :-)

Report Check-In

Nice place to stay. Good hot shower (may take a while to get hot) and kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and microwave to use. Water is drinkable but as everywhere in the region has a terrible taste. Adolfo, the caretaker, was really friendly as were the cats. We did the paragliding as well (40.000chp) and thought it was really good value.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Really nice views to the ocean. Close to buses ("micros") and "colectivos" to get to downtown.
There's a small kitchen with a big refrigerator to use. We also used the big barbecue. Adolfo, the "host" is very friendly but doesn't speak english. Payed $5.000 per person,

Report Check-In
