Nice place great view the Sunset. Very quiet and next the city. Free, no signs the no overnight parking.

Good place to pull off the side of the road for a night. Absolutely no amenities but a decent view but mostly cloudly/foggy.Report Check-In
Einfach nur schön!!! Bitte hinterlasst den Platz sauber, damit kein Grund besteht hier ein Verbotsschild anzubringen. Wäre zu schade um den tollen Platz mit der Atemberaubenden Aussicht 😃Report Check-In
Arrived during sunset on a Wednesday night, spot was full, but some were cars who ended up leaving, so I was able to snag a spot. Got 3-4 bars of Verizon LTE without my booster, enough to take video calls and work. 10/10!
(Yes, it’s a pullout on the highway but traffic died down substantially after around 10 pm)Report Check-In
This spot has a wonderful view and is as advertised. Quite crowded though, even on a Tuesday night. There are a few other spots around here that you might try if you desire some privacy. Otherwise, great spot!Report Check-In
yep as described. pretty big turn off just outside of port Orford. cool viewReport Check-In
2nd night staying here. If you’re a light sleeper. No go. But I like the sound of ocean and light traffic on weekday night. Great ATT cell service. Solo female felt very safe. Next to town with great amenities. Incredible views when marine layer burns off.Report Check-In
Big pull out. Lots of space. Great view. Great ATT cell. Road noise, but fine for a night.Report Check-In
Nice pull off area! Room for multiple cars/vans/etc. Good cell service, good views of the ocean. Right off the road, but not too noisy.Report Check-In
Just as described - STAY here for the sunset. Gorgeous spot on the side of 101, to overnight. several other boondockers there. Great view, clean and no issues. Amazing sunset.Report Check-In
As described. Large lot on side of 101 by ocean on cliff. Traffic noise but was able to sleep in small teardrop. No one else last night. I’d stay again.Report Check-In
Huge pullout. Pouring here last night. Some road noise but nothing we couldn’t handle. When we arrived only a schooler was here. Didn’t have any problem. Excellent view had it not been for the rain!Report Check-In
Pretty spot by the ocean. Quiet at night. Traffic picks back up at about 8 am.Report Check-In
As described a beautiful view spot. Large parking area. When we arrived at 5pm we were the only ones here. Not alot of traffic going by on a Weds evening.Report Check-In
Incredible place to stay tonight. I might stay again tonight but ultimately this was everything I hoped for. After having driven for a few hours and not really seeing anything great this was such a pleasant surprise. Managed to find a very level spot with an incredible view and you could hear the ocean roaring all night. There were some cars coming by here and there but I didn’t mind it especially when you have the ocean noise to dull it. Remarkable sunset and only one other van there and one somewhat sketchy minivan. And the nice bonus was full bars of great T-Mobile service. Was able to work and FaceTime throughout the night. Great spot highly recommended!Report Check-In
Free parking. A bit noisy from the road. Lovely view of the ocean. Can’t get any closer.Report Check-In
Beautiful view of the ocean, it too much road noise until 7:00 am. Good place!Report Check-In
Stayed here several nights no problem. It's fairly close to 101 so the road noise is loud and almost every night a semi wouldn't beep as they passed for whatever reason. Good Verizon reception. If you need reception this is a great spot, if not I recommend going into Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest to find a spot by the river!Report Check-In
Stayed overnight one night in the sprinter. No “NO” signs. Excellent breeze and incredible sunset. A slow two bars on T-mobile great spot for sunset/sunrise. Light sleepers beware there’s a bit of engine breaking around that S turn during all hours, commute sounds on a Tuesday started at 6am.Report Check-In
We slept here last night in our Sprinter van. No "no parking" signs like earlier review said.Report Check-In
Très belle endroit pour une nuit couché de soleil un peu bruyant à cause de la route mais le paysage en vaut le coupReport Check-In
All parking lots, view points or other types in Port Orford Oregon, now are well marked, “no overnight parking or camping”. So we moved south to a gravel wayside alongside Hwy 101 with a great view of the ocean. Just a. It noisy from traffic. About 4 miles south of city limits
The same was true in Coos Bay and Bandon Oregon. They though have camp hosts of a sort who keep people from parking RVs anywhere except RV parks!
OREGON is becoming a very unfriendly state to visit!
Great views, large pull out for quite a few vehicles. Not any trees or hedges/bushes but a few across the street. Very quiet at night.Report Check-In
Beautiful overlook of the ocean. Very quiet at night, small but quiet crowd of other cars came to watch the sunset. Unhappy locals will lean on their horns if you have an obvious camper-vehicle, but oddly it only happened in the daytime.
Space for 6-8 vehicles at least. Beware of potholes as you pull off. No signs.Report Check-In
right on the highway, but great views and traffic quieted down after 10 PM. Verizon and AT&T sercice but no t-mobile.Report Check-In
