Prices are still as shown $25/$20/$10 I chose one of the $20 Partial spaces, it was a nice level grassy area. It's a cold, rainy day in Nov so not walking to far today hopefully tomorrow is better, from what I saw of the Lake and area it would be a nice place to walk my puppy. I didn't visit the restrooms. Would definitely visit again.

East Side - is partial hook ups (water/electric) for $20/night. No bathroom facilities in this area at all.

West Side - is full hook ups (water/sewer/electric) for $25/night. Oddly enough, this side does have a bathroom shower building with 3 separate shower/bathroom rooms. Spoke to the host, she told me they remain open 24 hrs a day. When I mentioned I had read they close at 5 pm. She said when it gets really cold, some homeless have been known to camp out overnight in them. So if it gets really cold they sometimes do lock the bathroom.

Between the East and West RV spots you can primitive camp for $10 night . You just park where ever on the grass with tent/rv/van. (Bathrooms are by the west side rv area)

Past the RV spots there is more primitive camping spots for $10/night. However I was told NO RVs down there. No matter how small. They will allow vans. But not tiny RVs by the water.

The only bathroom facilities we saw so far were the ones at the entrance of the West side RV spots.

Drop box for payment for after hours. Staff were on top of it when we came. Must if stopped by about 4 times. Offering to save us a trip to the office to pay once we choose a spot.

Lots of highway noise coming from the I-40.
Bathroom seems to be more of a public bathroom than the RV parks. It’s totally open to the public. We also spotted a cockroach in one of the bathrooms.

Real easy to not pay for a spot here. Just pulled in after dark and pulled out at first light. What more could we need from OKC?

Report Check-In

Camping at the lake, $10 per tent, comfortable bathrooms with hot water, lots of space.

Large area for primitive camping. Roads are a little confusing, be we arrived at dark. Over all very pleased with this location for a quick overland stay in our trucks. I recommend making it here in the daylight, spots are really confusing in the dark.

Brilliant! $10 for tent/boondocking. The showers are fantastic - heated and unlimited hot water. Toilet/showers only open from 8am to 5pm, they are locked overnight.

Report Check-In

As described, but the New rates for Primitive Camping is now $10.00.

lovely campground. road noise isn't to terrible. $10 tent site

This is a great place to stay for a few days... I camped right next to the lake and it was only $5... (dry camp)

Great place, clean, on the lake. can be extremely windy during the spring and summer months so be prepared. $5 tent sites, $15 water and electric sites, $20 water, electric, and sewer sites. Hot showers and bathrooms combined. Pay at the office. Can stay a up to 14 consecutive nights.

This place was awesome!! $5 for hot showers and nice spots. There is a colony of cats. The woman who runs the place was incredibly sweet. Would highly recommend stopping here.

This is a great place for $5 a night. If you don't want to spend $15-$20 for an RV Spot with hookups be sure to follow signs that say tent camping $5. They are hard to find at night. If you go into the RV park and enter the first loop, drive past all the RV spots to the very back and you will find the $5 spots. 3 private bathrooms with showers. Beautiful clean park run by the city. To pay after hours go to the porch of the office at the second entry. Otherwise you will be woken up at 7:30am to pay.

I got the knock for $5 around 7:30am the next morning. But oh well! Hot shower, plumbing, all the water activities and a place to stay for $5?? Amazing deal! The gentleman who knocked on my door was so apologetic and kind too. There’re a lot of places you can park in between trees for shades and nice breeze. Though it was humid the day I was here.

Verizon 2 bars. Slow but works!

Will come back if passing by OKC again!

omgosh this was a surprise 20.00 for full hookups, on a lake that you can fish, boat, use jet skis, has an ATV part, an airstrip for hobby planes. What a great place to be entertained for 20.00. Free hot showers.

Report Check-In

we arrived late at night. it was raining and the back wheels got stuck in the mud, on a grass area beside on the site, we could see much, other than that it wasn’t super noisy, we had a good sleep. didn’t pay.

Report Check-In

Nice place to camp. board says $20 for RVs, we didn’t pay anything having two motorcycles. There was a lot of people driving through the campsite throughout the day. Must be the town hobby. There is some freeway noise at night as mentioned.

Report Check-In

very nice site. pretty vacant
close to town. nice lake. nice showers and restrooms

Report Check-In

an okay place to spend the night. noise from the highway and from people who live in housing near the lake.

Report Check-In

Large public park on a fishing lake. There's an RV area with electricity for $20, but you can pitch a tent or sleep in your vehicle pretty much anywhere else. It may cost $5 if anyone comes around to ask for money, but the night we were here, that didn't happen.

Fair bit of noise from the nearby highway.
