A nice place for overnight next to the lake.

This spot is closed, sign posted no camping or being within 100m of the sign between 10pm and 5am the next day. We were warned by the MNR to leave at 9:30pm or they will fine us $260 for each person at 10pm. We chose to leave :(

No camping/overnight signs are now posted. Looks recent. We were gonna stay but didn’t wanna be bothered by any local enforcement as the sign is huge.

Report Check-In

Really nice spot, peaceful and quiet as said in the comments but there was a new sign that said No overnight stays. I stayed anyway since I didn’t have any other choice and it was already dark. I may have been lucky !

Gorgeous place, a couple of options here for car and tent campers. Needed a bit of work to level out for the truck camper. No hard branches but the last 100m is tight for width and height on a tall camper.

Report Check-In

Really beautiful spots amongst a boat launch. Has about 4 “private spots” with campfire rocks and space to pitch a tent. You can hear sound of loons throughout the night

Report Check-In

Great quiet spot by lake a few km from main highway via a narrow gravel road - last 100m a bit tight and bumpy for my 26ft Class C with some small shrubs branches brushing the sides

Report Check-In

Great spot for a sleep and a swim. Seems like there’s some good fish in the lake too. It far enough from the road to be very peaceful but only 10 mins out of your way. Perfect.

Report Check-In

Stayed here last night, very nice spot . There are two areas to camp, both equally good. We bumped into some locals and visited their “resort” just around the corner. Very friendly and welcoming . Recommended.

Report Check-In

Great place to stay for a night, bit of a bumpy road back to the boat launch. Take a right at the fork (Raleigh Lake Resort is to the left) and then take a left at the red gate. Couple of spots back there better for smaller campers. Nice and quiet, didn't hear any traffic from the highway. Park away from boat launch access.

Report Check-In

Very nice and quiet. Heard the loons in the middle of the night. We turned left before the red gate.

Report Check-In

absolutely gorgeous, I forgot was Saturday, 3 boaters came in, all friendly

Report Check-In

Very nice free spot by a lake. Drive the small road after the resting area (toilets are there so a quite far from the spot). We were 3 campers but there is plenty of space. Recommended !

Report Check-In

Great spot by the lake. End of the gravel road was a bit bumpy but ok. Very quiet lots of birds, perfect for a few nights. Toilets are far away from the lake

Très belle endroit, tellement tranquille, tel que décrit dans les autres commentaires, J’ai demandé à un local et il ne voyait pas d’inconvénient de s’installer.
Actuellement les mouches noires son sortie.

Report Check-In

There are multiple spots here. Be sure not to block the boat ramps though. Lovely view. Bird sounds are awesome.

Report Check-In

Such a great place! We stayed at the bit left of the boat ramp, which got a way nicer view!
At night it's incredible quiet and very dark.
At the place itself there's no toilet or bin, but when you get off the highway, there's a picnic place, with toilets. If you're desperate, it's a 20 min walk ;)

Report Check-In

Very nice spot, easy access, room for about 4 visitors, quiet

Report Check-In

Fantastic spot for small rigs in the woods next to the lake. Very quiet and dark. Free camping. No service. No mosquitos at this time!
Emplacement merveilleux pour les amants de la nature. Près du lac. Fait pour Classe B maximum 24 pi. pour pouvoir se tourner. Très calme et sans éclairage. Camping gratuit. Aucun service près du lac. Aucun moustiques en cette saison !

Awesome spot, loads of wildlife and great views.

Report Check-In

Great spot indeed. By the lake and with plenty of room to pitch a tent. There are two areas/beaches next to each other

Report Check-In

great place to overnight, Access to the lake, really quiet. there are few stones on the last meters of the road but it was okay with our 11feet van!

Report Check-In

A great place! You proberly end up at the unpaved boatramp. When you look at the lake, there is even a better spot, 50 meters left of you. Pretty easy to access, only 1.5 km unpaved. When your rig is very wide there is a change overhanging light branches will brush your sides.
