Description

Parking space for free.
For old diesel-cars this is the last parking space before the forbidden area: the "Hundekopf", which is the wider city centre of Berlin marked by the circular line of the S-Bahn (Underground).
Nearby is the S-Bahn-station "Treptower Park" for going deeper into te city. The river Spree is near. Some Trees and Bushes provide shadow. Somewhere in the park (closer to the S-Bahn-station) there is a public toilet.
Across the (noisy) street there is the "Treptower Ehrenmal", which is a huge memorial built by the Red Army in 1945 in honour to their massive losses while fighting fascism.
