This place is noisy in the night because of the traffic (earplugs help). So it's more a makeshift solution for staying in Brno (in bike distance). But a big plus is the lake. There is a path through bushes and trees down to the water, and swimming in the lake is possible.
Another path leads to a garden which seemed to be private property without a fence – it's good to respect it and not to enter the garden.
