Beautiful, peaceful campsite next to waterhole, large enough for our camper truck. Friendly staff and well priced for what you get. Clean private ablutions and clean swimming pool for hot days. Sad we can’t stay longer

Lodge and campsites are open and popular. As previously described there is a 4km self drive safari from the gate to the lodge.
Campsites are sandy but well shaded and most view out into waterhole or savannah.
The estate is well stocked with a wealth of (non aggressive) animals so a game walk is easy and recommended.
Tents also available.

Very relaxing and beautiful place. The hiking trail is about 7.5 km and I could go again and again. it is very hot at the moment so we went out at 6.30am for about 3 hours saw giraffe, kudu and an incredible spotted Eagle owl but just tracking the spoor and scrabbling over the boulders, enjoying the views and the Bush was fantastic. we took coffee and biscuits and just made the most of it until it became too hot. our campsite was big, shady, right infront of a small waterhole and open dry riverbed, oryx, giraffe, baboon, warthog, steinbok and many birds came to drink. Lovely private bathroom and kitchen area and big firepit and bbq area. electricity points and lights. A small swimming pool in an enclosed area with sundowners for relaxing and cooling off. A gorgeous bar/restaurant/firepit area. WiFi available at the bar. self drive is 400nd per vehicle......we chose to walk but there is evidence of alot of animals around if you want to go and look for them. Only 4 camp spots so worth calling ahead. 200nd pppn a truly lovely place.

As described before. Nice and private campsite, very clean private ablution. Almost no view to other campsites. They have 4 camps and 4 tents. Don‘t know if there‘s a restaurant though, I only saw a small reception area.
We saw giraffes, impalas, eland on our way to the camp.
Highly recommended as stop over. Price still N$200pppn, firewood N$50 for the bag.

Be aware when you stop in front of this gate … we have been car jacked. 4 guys, they tried to steal our car and they took one of our bag. The owner was nice, tried his best to help but we were chocked. Look around you when you stop their.

200pppn now for camping. Lots of shade, very green in winter. Place is sandy but the entrance road is flatened and I don't see a problem for tents but I cold be wrong with my RTT. Lovely environment, fully equipped and eceptionally clean. The pool for the 4 capsites is small but clean and refreshing. Very good prize value.
They do have wild animals and the walk is for free but selfdrive is 400 per car per day.

This place isn’t so motorcycle friendly. 4 km drive to the site which has quite sandy patches.

Private ablution at your own site, but it’s deep deep sand and awful for a tent. I slept on the sofa in the lobby.

No wifi at the site.

Lovely campsite, 4 big places with private ablution and braai area. Nice swimming pool for the four campsites. Our spot right next to the river. In the evening we enjoyed the sight of game drinking. Nice reception/dining area. They also have a tented camp. We would definitely come back!

Sehr zuvorkommender Empfang. Feuerholz für 50$, Dinner nach Reservierung für 350$, Campingplätze für 180$. Wifi an der Bar, gepflegter Swimmingpool, eigenes Bad (Seife und Toilettenpapier vorhanden). Alles top gepflegt und hervorragend in Schuss. Game Drive mit eigenem Fahrzeug für 350$ pro Tag.

All as written before, recommendation! Definitely more as you get at some high rated and expensive guest farms where they allways forget to heat the donkey...2x on our tour🤨. Still 180 NAD ppn.

Excellent campsite. Private ablutions and site next to a lovely waterhole. Electricity and hot water shower. Definitely better than most other campsites. Game drive (NAD350) and game hike. Very helpful staff and owner. NAD180pppn. Highly recommended.

Rate is still the same, at 180NAD pppn but self drive now for free in post-lockdown. Ablutions are excellent, huge camping spot with nice fire pits. We stayed at spot no 1, on the waterhole and were visited by a family of warthogs and jackalls in the night so lock up your food away. There is a nice swimming pool and public areas. As said before, it's run by very welcoming people. Wood available at 50NAD per massive bag but it's not good for making cooking coals.
We were sad to leave after 2 nights and will be back again.

Wonderful camping with very nice people. There were no more availabilities when we arrived but we were allowed to stay in front of the gate with the possibility to use facilities (ablutions and braai). The braai is very well located with a very beautiful view. The restaurant is so beautiful but only on reservation.

A really beautiful and wild place. Quiet, great spaces, nice arranged. You can walk through this beautiful landscape. Even the pool is small and the environment (e.g. no restaurant) is not perfect, it is our favorite in the area. A mystic place.

Now open again. Beautiful nice clean campground. Price still N$160 ppn. Great self drive especially the Southern loop (N$350 per day).

Incredible camping, no just beautiful, but sick African feeling!! Did the walking trail and got an encounter with a leopard who warned me twice to back off as he just hunted an antelope! Extremely dangerous but beautiful experience!! Was at morning, around 8am! We also saw porkypine, honey butcher, secretary bird, warthogs, antelopes, etc!! 160pppn for camping in a luxury place (private cosy toilet, kitchen, big own area, pitches, power, potable water, wifi free at reception) in the middle of the game lodge. And still cheap!! Best camping in namibia so far and we are finishing our trip!!

Excellent facilities, very peaceful location if no noisy campers are on site at the same time......we now hate the rental car brigade as much as the overland buses.
There is a marked walking trail - just make sure that you remember the route to find your way back!
The site is on a working game farm so plenty of buck around plus zebra and we saw giraffe spoor.

Beautiful campsites situated in the bush. Each camp has its own private bathroom and kitchen. Peace and quiet. Paid NS160 for one person and a bicycle.
