Report Check-InWe agree with the Ceckins below. Lots of long Term Caravans and Mobile Homes. Ablutions okay, hot Shower. Wifi only at Reception but we didn't check it. 110 ZAR per Site for second Row Slot, 130 ZAR Seaview Slot (August, working Day). Checkout Time is 10 am and they are very strict on that!
Report Check-InTypical South African caravan park: massive and soulless. Haven't counted them but there are probably over 200 pitches. All have access to a watertap and a powerpoint. Multiple ablutionblocks, cleaned multiple times a day. Tariffs are very diverse, depending on season, day of the week, country of origin and whether or not you want seaview. Very un-South African is the fact that almost none of the pitches have a braaistand. Seaview is nice but as long as there is no one in front of you, all pitches have seaview. Lot of wind when I visited. Since its low season, they opened only 1 ablutionblock. Campsite is very well lit at night. Close to a couple of roads, so much noise from that. Close to a restaurant but not much else.
Okay to stay for 1 night. I paid 140 rand for a low season, non seaview pitch.
