- we stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to camp by the beach
- the owner looks like he is more into fishing than surfing, but he is cool anyways
- he didn't ask for any money, so it is basically "name your price" (we gave him 100 Cordobas + cold beer)
- toilet with a bucket flush system
- view of the ocean in the front, locked gate from the street in the back
- really private and quiet (nobody here at night, the owner lives elsewhere)
