- approximate location - multiple locations
- no amenities
- free
- not the official campspot mentioned in Churches' book - when you see the sign for playa/camping pointing LEFT, turn RIGHT and cross the wash. After ca. 200 m enter another wash on your left and follow a very narrow path through the thick shrubbery.
- you might be crossing a private property, you should probably ask in the village for permission first. We wasn't aware of that and were told by a local who came in the evening. But he didn't want any money (technically he could not ask for it, since the beach is state property), just warned us for "next time". We gave him a cold coke for his trouble.
- watch for soft sand on the beach, 4WD recommended

Gorgeous spot but we were told by the security guard who radioed the hotel camping is no longer allowed. Only day visits. We suspect the fisherman dont want to run the gauntlet of launching their boats through campers.....
Report Check-InThere’s a nice strip of beach, a little rocky with some deep sand so look first. Local fisherman pull boats in and out daily with 2 Wheel Drive only, but heavy trucks & trailer should have 4x4. Good for a few days of camping, fishing, kayaking or swimming with no problems.
Report Check-InThis beach is now fenced off at the access road and marked "no trespassing."
