Camp ground is open despite road construction. I got my favorite spot and on a Tuesday the campground is empty. It is still 380 pesos and a bundle of fire wood is 100 pesos. The guy at the gate is friendly. This place is safe enough to leave everything out when you head into Ensenada for the day.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 2 nights while hanging out in Ensenada. 380 pesos per night per vehicle for camping. Host is very nice. There’s firewood to buy. Host is super kind. Bathrooms are great - has flush toilets. There are showers ($ for hot) . At least the time we were there (May) not great for beginner surfing. Was told that during the summer - fall it gets very busy and you need to reserve in advance.

Report Check-In

20 dollar per night. Perfect spot after you crossed the border.

Awesome places as described. Beautiful view, private beach, great host. When we are here, only two others families.
Staying for one night but definitely come back

Very peaceful noone here and right by the ocean. We had cell service and there where baby kitties :) would recommend !

Report Check-In

Very peaceful, just the sound of the ocean and the guy was very nice! They have fire pit, tables and shading for each camp spot. Would recommend

Report Check-In

Very nice, peaceful campground, only one other camper there out of ~40 spots at the time. Great views. Previous reviews accurate.
$19 per night, free cold shower, hot shower $3.
Owner very nice.

Report Check-In

Spotless campground right on the water. Easily accessible by our camper van - not as steep and scary as other reviews led me to believe. $15 a night and offers cold showers for free or warm ones for $5 for 10 min.
Can’t beat the views and the epic sunset - would recommend stopping here!

Second stay. Places like this are becoming few and far between, at least north of Ensenada. Bathrooms are flush and clean (bring your own TP). Shower is near main complex and there is a fee for hot water. Best to email ahead of time. Some sites are only okay, others are fabulous. popular with Mexican families. quiet both times I was here.

Report Check-In

Paid $17 usd for camping like everyone else. There was only 1 other camper close to the entrance, so we had the place to ourselves. Beautiful spot right on the cliff's edge overlooking the ocean. Owner was super nice and tge place felt really safe. Worth the money I'd say.

If you're planning to head in to Ensenada, you have to pay the toll not too far down the highway and then coming back you have to do some backtracking to get to the entrance.

Report Check-In

Nice campground with really nice and friendly owner. Dry campungspots at the ocean for 17US the night.
hot showers and flush toilets.
you can also rent tent trailers or motorhomes for 19US $ per night (max 4 persons). Any additional person 3US $
Renting a trailer is 45-85 US $ per night

The sites have firepits and bbq

Security gates lock at 10pm

Report Check-In

We arrived in the dark and the entire road was closed due to rain. We were on bicycles and couldn’t see the condition of the road so did not go any further and decided to head into El Sauzal instead.

Report Check-In

Great location on the water and no one was there maybe 2 other campers but we could not see them. Quite a few spots and very nice, flush toilets in outhouse. showers are way back at the entrance and are cold unless you pay additional for hot water. Location was convenient to the highway but with the wind and wave sounds, you can barely hear the traffic on the highway. Price seemed high for what you get but we were happy here for about 20 hours.

Report Check-In

Great spot. Windy but very beautiful. Fire pit, lots of space.

Report Check-In

The view from the gate entrance looked fantastic. Unfortunately they close the campsite due to heavy rainfall from the days prior.

Report Check-In

Very nice campground. A bit on the expensive side but the view of the beach is fantastic and around this time of year it was all but deserted. There are signs off the freeway indicating when to turn off. The entrance is a bit steep. There are bathrooms scattered all over with running water. You can also pay to take a hot shower. There are even several cabins for rent.

Report Check-In

Really quiet stay. No other guests. Paid 17 usd, hot showers (a bit salty) were free for us (I guess because of the lack of guests), otherwise the hot shower would cost 3 usd for 5 minutes. Cold showers are free. Really nice owner, very helpful. View at the ocean is amazing, we saw a lot of dolphins and pelicans! There's a picknicktable, a small palmtree and a small sunshelter at each camping spot. 'Christmas'-lights everywhere in the evening. No potable water and toiletpaper at the toilets.

Report Check-In

a couple campsites on the beach, down the cliff from the road. paid 306 pesos. they were working on regrading the road after some washouts, so I expect more sites to be open soon. Also, the caretaker was friendly.

Report Check-In

Beautiful campsite on the shore of the Pacific. Showers, flush toilets: very clean. Large camp sites with palapas for shade and fire pits. Ideal for stopping after border crossing but not much else to do than beach. Pick up groceries in Tijuana as the next grocery is in Ensenada and you will need to pay toll to leave and come back!
