Today we asked at the restaurant in town for Mr. Vicente and the lady told us that unfortunately he died in May this year. So now there isn't anyone around anymore to do the guided tours.
We are sorry to hear about his death and hope he might rest in peace.

If you can't call him, just ask anyone in the village for Vicente and they will show you. Very helpful and friendly. His camping is beautiful like the sorounding nature!

Really recommend to go to Vincente and book a hike with him!

If you want to stay on his property you definitely need to have 4x4 with high clearance or you need to have really dry weather.
The road to his property is muddy and steep.

We stayed at his property for two nights and really enjoyed it. The first day he initially had an other hike, but due to rain they canceled and he offered us to walk with us to the mirador and to the rio. He didn’t want any money for this, only for the hike we were going to do with him the next day. Unfortunately we had to go to the city the next day to go to a dentist (unplanned) and we couldn’t do the hike with him. He didn’t ask for any money except for camping (20 BOL pppn) so we gave him a big tip :)

One of the nicest guides we have had on our whole trip and he really cares about the nature.

You’ll be in the middle of nowhere (5km from the small town) and since Vincente sleeps in the town you’ll have the place to your own. A lot of birds around, especially in the morning. We brought our dog and she loved the place (Vincente was also really nice to our dog).

Big rigs not possible on his property, but you could park/sleep in the town and still do a hike.

There is also a possibility to sleep on the property in a tent that Vincente put up. He has two tents under a roof of leafs.

We stayed at Vicentes place for three days. He has a great place where you can camp for free with a tent, a small car or in his hammock. There is a huge fruit and vegetable garde and you can eat whateber you like. Bring enough drinking water!
We made a one day tour with Vicente which costs 300 BOL per group. For more tour options checn the photos.
It's best to call him and if he doesn't answer he will call you back as soon as there is signal.
He loves to have people at his place! We really enjoyed our stay there. He lives in Bermejo so you will be on your own in the night. You can do things on your own like fishing, swimming and hiking...

You can even stay for a few days at his place but we didn't.
