Latest Check-Ins

Beautiful spot, mostly secluded.

Disagree with dc-adventures, this is about as hidden as you can get near Laguna Verde. Sure, you're visible from 1 mile away across the lake, but you're hidden from the road you came in on. You just need to drive a few tiers down towards the lake. There is a stable enough safe path and an area big enough to turn around for when you leave.

Also: bonus there are a bunch of flat rocks here for leveling a vehicle.

Report Check-In

We moved here to hide a bit more from the wind. It was still quite windy but you have great views of the volcano and the lake and there wasn't any traffic on the nearby road.
