Don’t know how much longer they’ll allow campers. This was our third time here and each visit gets harder. This time they wanted 120 Soles to camp. When we told them we paid 40 the last time, they went down to 40. Then they didn’t want use to use any wifi, bathrooms or even hose shower. We told them we were leaving, then they said ok to showers and bathroom, but no wifi. We had good cell with Claro so we stayed. The last visits we were treated OK. This visit they were sort of hostile. Kind of strange since the hotel parking lot was empty anyways..

Lugar tranquilo, 120 soles para dos personas y el carro, con energía y uso de todas las instalaciones incluida la piscina, 80 soles sin energía, pero negociamos 4 días por 60 soles el día con energía. tratar con Richard, el socio mayoritario, no es bueno para negociar.

They charge 40 soles per vehicle, great place, quiet at night just a little noise from the Pan-American road, no big deal, Jose is very friendly, all other details are the same

Really cute place. Now charges 40s per night and absolutely would not negotiate even when we showed them on the IO app what others had paid... the lady insisted everyone pays 40s... so basically lied to us. Cannot use the washer anymore. Parking lot not super secure as the gate is open all day. The staff in the afternoon was much more friendly than the lady that checked us in during the morning.

We spent 1 week in this amazing place.
The parking is pretty small but we were always alone. It’s super calm on the night. You can have power for the house just next too.
The hotel is amazing with a beautiful pool but the best in the view on the ocean. Seriously this place is paradise. The morning we took our breakfast in front of the restaurant. We could work on the table in front of the restaurant with a fast wifi. The morning all the surfers are in front because is a really good spot. It was really beautiful to watch them.
We could make for free our own laundry here. Everything is made for.
The owners are super nice and make us paid 20 per night instead of 30 as we were staying 1 week.
For surfing, you can rent a board for 20sol or take a class for 50 and have the board for the all day. We recommand to take a class here, it’s so cheap and really helpful.
Highly recommended here.

The parking area is not huge but never full and has no beach view but close to nice clean pool. We got power that was strong enough to run our AC at night and filled our water from a hose in corner of parking area. Wifi was only in reception/restaurant area but next morning, El jeffe advised he's putting in another router to service pool and parking area and it was working that afternoon! However it does crap out.....There is a little road noise but not really bad. There is no height restriction and they do close gate at night. Beer in bar is pricey! S10 for the small Pilsen. We found this to be a safe spot in Mancora. There is no big supermarket, just several small ones on main drag and as suggested, get your produce at the mercado. Recommend taking a Moto taxi down to Las Pocitas Hotel for an afternoon/evening; very nice clean beach and food was excellent for dinner. Restaurant opens at 7.

Still 30S for the night (2 people and a 4runner, with electric hookup). A great option here in town. All other facilities as described. No kitchen, but they offered their fridge if we wanted to cool our stuff.

A note about mancora - food is more expensive here (central market is ok, but a local told us they mark up the prices for gringos) and every bank atm in town charged fees from 13S to 18S per transaction. It kinds felt like the place is designed to separate you from your cash.

For 30soles per Car you have : Nice location, almost inside the beach! Beautiful sundown view. Clean bathroom: the shower wasn't warm - but wasn't necessary, mancora has a hot weather; and the toilets have seats - not usual in this part of the world...
Energy, wi-if ( only in the reception) and SWIMMING POOL!!!!!!!!

Very nice place for big rigs, large flat parking lot, 220v included, water with long hose, free washing machine if you have your washing powder, showers not hot but not cold, swimming pool, lovely garden and nice terraces. Ideal with kids. Easy 5 min walk to town. Food cheaper at market north of town.
If you have visited friends or relatives, nice rooms from 100soles/night or 150s/n with breakfast (ask for room #8, larger and nice quiet terrace).

This place rocks! What a perfect intro to Peru! Very friendly and sweet town to hang out in. We went diving with Spondlus and went under an oil rig and swam with sea lions! Paid s/30 per night.

44 soles for 2 people, dog and truck with pop-up. Great spot, very quiet, great people. Monika, the manger, speaks a little English. Nice beach.
