Description

On the small parking lot before the entrance of the baths we stayed one night for free. The people of the thermal baths said that it is ok to camp and use the toilets and water of the place. They were nice and helpful. You have to level a little bit. The baths were open for 24 hours a day. The last guests left around midnight and the first guests (in taxis) arrived at six. So it was a short night. Around this parking lot it looks like a small farmzoo. At night pigs, donkeys, horses, dogs and cows walk around your car and makes their normal noises. The visitors are friendly and welcoming to us. We felt ourselves convenient. We made use of the thermal baths for 3 Sol per person (half hour). The place is very clean. You can get to this place on a small one lane road. At some places the road is really small (~3m). We are not sure if big rigs will fit. To the thermal baths leads a small (dead end?) road. The views are beautiful.

Good place to relax the body, very hot water, 10 PEN PP, the road is narrow and somewhat dangerous. I didn't see that it was comfortable to spend the night.

+ parking for the night is for free
+ only 3 SOL entry
+ we were alone in the main pool (8pm and 9am)

We found the main pool much nicer than the privat baths. Beautifully located with mountain view!

- difficult to level
- basically parking in the street or parking lot
- facilities are a bit run down

We spend one night here with bathroom free. A little noisy the parking lot because the thermal working 24 hrs and car arrive overnight, sometimes honking. 3 soles per entrance to thermal! Nice

Very quiet, very clean and very nice. You pay 3 soles pp to spend 30 minutes in the bath and it feel so good! We could enter with our dog in the private pool. The road was fine but dirty and little bumpy (not the best toad but not the worst we know) we did it on our 2wd peugeot boxer.

Ok-ish place for overlanders. Not too bad for one night between Machu Pitchu and Nazca. Free. The thermal is ok, 3 soles pp, uneven parking on the front. The place is 24h so expect people coming and going at all times. We were unlucky to have some youngsters turning on the music during night.
We could make it with our 5.5t; 6.5m long vehicle, the road to the baths is off-road, narrow, steep. Beautiful views. Would not attend with anything larger than this size.
