Self registration site (21$ per night). Firepit, toilet, bench, big enough for larger rigs.
We came from the south and the change of scenery is absolutely amazing! Worth driving through only for that.

There are 20 camping spots, ranging in sizes. Many places to pitch a tent, have a travel trailer or something else. There's a small play structure being built, and a baseball fence, horseshoes and a picnic area. There are three pit toilets around the site, the one I looked at was super dirty. There is a boat launch, and it's $21 dollars a night, self registration, and can accept online payment through their website. It was not busy at all when we went- only one other tent on the other side of the site, so it felt very private and secluded. There is some road noise, but it isn't so bad. The bugs were moderate, and a fireban in place, so did not get to enjoy the firepit/grill. Oh, and they've burn wood piles on both sides of the site. Overall, a very nice, peaceful place to spend a night or two.
Report Check-InGreat scenery spot!!! Spectacular. River is stunning. Worth a visit. Toilets leave a lot to be desired, good we have our own.
Report Check-InNice place with lots of shaded spots. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. $15 a night. Nice view of hills but lots of bugs. Non potable water
Report Check-InAs described, really nice view. Stayed one night, quiet and a playground for the kids.
