We rented a motorhome with them, an incredible and quality experience, we took a MH Grande, for 6 people. At their base there is space for motorhomes and camping, hot showers and hospitality. Only the time you can enter is restricted. I advise you to go to Instagram and get the contact details to arrange arrival via WhatsApp. They have the knowledge for maintenance and repairs for those who need it and other than that, everything is very good.

As described. ONE bathroom with toilet and hot water shower. Might need a very long extension cord for electricity. Price for 2 people in a Truck Camper was 15$ US per night and parking 5$ US. Nice people, very quiet. Uber to downtown BA ~ 8000 pesos/9 $US.

Report Check-In

Nice small place. Hot shower (one). Electricity (2 sockets). We rented our van here so for us no charge for the campingsite.

Report Check-In

Great place to camp outside of the city. 10 usd per night with wifi, hot shower, toilet, water to fill up your tank.
During the week, you can give them your laundry for an extra cost.
Text them on WhatsApp before coming to be sure someone can open the gate (‪+54 9 11 5767‑6499‬)
And the gate to enter is at (google maps brought us somewhere else) : (-34.4505530, -58.6824990)

The team here are awesome. Chris helped us out when the COVID pandemic broke out and we had to get from Patagonia to BA for a repatriation flight. Our van was stored here for 3 years. When we finally got back to restart our travels Marcus, their mechanic on-site, replaced fuel pump and maintenance. Mattias sourced and arranged drop off of new battery and Sebastian helped us get the suspension of our TIP lifted by Customs. Chris organised taxi pick up from airport USD$45 and the same lady took us into BA Aduana and waited, whilst we began the suspension removal process USD$40. Made everything easy and way less stressful. We stayed in our van on-site, great hot shower, everything clean, good laundry service on-site for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Report Check-In

We stayed for 5 days there and left the trailer parked there for 45 days, while we stayed in Buenos Aires. Everything's was okay with our trailer.
We paid U$10 per day we stayed and another U$75 for the 45 days of parking.

There are many wild camping options nearby- but if you want to be comfortable, this is the place.

Clean bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Plenty of hot water. Great water pressure. Outside dish sink with hot water!. Trash service. Internet. Electric if you need, or good sunlight for your solar, or shade if you prefer. Fenced, grassy area for parking. dogs welcome. Book exchange in office. On-site laundry service at a good price. Easy walk to groceries, produce, bakeries, ice cream, hair cuts and the train station. Uber to city center- 40min. The on-site staff is kind and helpful. The rates are reasonable for camping or storage. Can also arrange mechanic work if needed (and stay in your rig).
Contact them if you plan to visit, so someone can meet you. Once your in it is easy to come and go on your own.
We spent sooooo many days here (mechanical and medical) that it began to feel like home.

Pretty basic facilities for camping as it’s not really intended for that purpose. Not too many people in the off season. They did some very nice work on our camper - we highly recommend them for anything you need done! If you want to use this place as a base for visiting Buenos Aires it’s a little far out for sightseeing. It works best as a place to put your vehicle while you go into the city for a few days. If you decide to stay here make sure you bring insect repellent - the mosquitos are vicious!

Report Check-In

We had to prepare our truck for the shipping and this was a really good place to do it (10 USD per night). Zárate is around 65 km from here. Do do all the papers we took a taxi (10000 Pesos include waiting time), because the truck is to big for the city center. After all we went to the camping and cabaña Psalm23 Lodging which is in iOverlander too. We booked a cabaña for 25 USD per night. From here it's not far to the airport.

Report Check-In

We left the car here for 5 night during our visit at Buenos Aires. We needed some small things done at our van. They fixed it in those days.

Report Check-In

Great place! We stayed here for five nights (10 USD per night) and it is highly recommendable. The people we’re really friendly and incredibly helpful. Especially when you arrive in Argentina with your motorhome you should go there to get advice on your trip as they are experts on motorhome and travel in Argentina. Thanks to their mechanic we were also able to resolve issues with the gas to make sure that our fridge and heater work properly.

When you go there, just make sure to arrive from the south as there are barriers for high vehicles on the north side of the neighborhood.

Report Check-In

In a time under very special conditions because of corona we spent one month on the quiet camping of andean roads with any help we needed. Sebastian, Chris and Tomas can offer solucions for all problems. We can sincerely recommend this place to all overlanders who want to get out of Argentina.

I had to to leave Argentina on 30.03.2020 by plane. I was lucky to store my camper van at Cristian Torlasco from Andean Roades.
Thank you very much Cristian! You helped me in a difficult time and I am happy that my camper van is ow on the way to Hamburg.

Report Check-In

When arriving from BA, go through town until you reach the north side of town just before the first 2.5m height restriction sign. Turn right (east) and go to first street, J.M. Romero. Turn left (north) and continue to 3249 Romero. Only a tiny sign on the pedestrian gate to let you know you've arrived. Narrow gate and driveway. See the attached map for the most direct way to get here.

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar o local. Cristian foi muito atencioso e o local é muito tranquilo e seguro.

Report Check-In

The owner (Cris) has been very helpful on a couple fix we had to do. Fully equipped repair shop for any of your needs.
Short term and long term storage possible, very good location, this is the perfect solution to visit Buenos Aires! Highly recommended even if the amenities are average, just bring your mosquitoes repellent.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

We spent 4 nights camped here. Cost was 22 USD per night (20 for the motorhome, and 2 for the pickup truck). Cristian was traveling, but his brother Sebastian took good care of us. The WiFi was excellent and so was the electricity, WC/Shower was ok (warm water but without much pressure, and toilets could be cleaner).

Care must be taken when arriving/leaving the place if your vehicle is higher than 2.10m, as many of the surrounding streets have height restrictions (and steel barriers throughout to enforce them!), we suggest you contact them beforehand and ask about it.

The place also offers laundry service, 350 ARS per load but they will compulsorily split a load into two to separate white and colored clothes, which makes it expensive; best to avail yourself of the nearby laundry also listed here in iOverlander, which cost us only 160 ARS per load without any splitting.

Also, if you come in the summer, bring plenty of insect repellent and a few insecticide cans as there were plenty of mosquitoes around (but probably not the campground's fault, we think it comes with the region and the warmer temps).

PS: they now have WhatsApp, which can make contacting faster and more convenient: +5491154227623 (got it from their website).

20 usd/night/travelcar for camping

Chris and Marcos, thanks for storing our camper for 6 months and installing all the suspension parts we imported.

Report Check-In

Very good place to visit Buenos Aires, taking a bus, having 2 nights in an hotel in down town. You can also leave your camper while you will go home (Europe).
We did also mechanical, to remove the DSP and Adblue (DEF), which was done perfectly.

Just a note: everything is correct, Chris is a great guy and this is a good spot. Prices have now changed to $20us per vehicle per night.

Report Check-In

Sebastian and Christian were super friendly and helpful. Other than that, it's a safe place to spend a night or for long term storage of your rig. It has good wifi and a hot shower.

Report Check-In

Its not just a long terms parking or friendly camping near by BA for us. Its about great mechanic Marcos and awesom owner Cristian who solve our problems. We arrive with problems and leave back home to bring spare parts (enjoy the summer as well)and when returned all was ready for us and after a few days we hit the road again. Marcos is great mechanic!!!

Report Check-In

We stay here for one week. The campsite offers a small but great structure, the owners are attentive, the dogs are lovely. Our stay was very peaceful :)

Report Check-In

Friendly owners, Little room when campers are not out on hire. Internet slow supermarket close. Great Mechanic but very expensive.

Report Check-In

It's a good place to stay, especially if you need assistance (e.g. mechanics, import or storage of your van, gas refill). The crew is very helpful and know the right specialists. In order to cater even better to us overlanders, Christian is planning to enlarge his service portfolio soon.

Report Check-In

Nice small place to stay for some nights. Christian, the owner, is very helpful and rents his own camper vans. Check out his website. He also can give you informations about travelling in argentina and patagonia. He has good knowledge about VW T3. We paid 10 Dollars a night for 2 persons and our T3 vanagon, including electricity, WiFi and a hot shower. Recommended place!

Report Check-In

Great spot near Buenos Aires, it's quite a full of trees. Internet is average for Argentina (2.5mo/s) and reliable. Private bathroom and sink. Both owners are very friendly and helpful. They also rent campers. Highly recommended.

Report Check-In

Good place to stay near Buenos Aires and great owner. We came without asking beforehand because all Tigre campgrounds were flooded and were still welcomed very warmly. It's more a parking space than a campsite but has all facilities you need. Cris is a great guy and you can ask him anything if you need help. We found the location not too inconvenient for sightseeing in Buenos Aires, even with public transport. We used a combination of the Mitre train to Tigre (6 ARS pp, 45 minutes) and taxi (Uber, 127 ARS, 30 minutes). There should also be a nearer train station but we couldn't find out which trains go there. A taxi to town costs 350-400 pesos (Uber). Better not make any appointments in the morning in Buenos Aires, they are very hard to keep due to rush hour traffic. You can also take a bus to town but the bus system is a bit confusing. We left a SUBE card with Cris that you can use for public transport, getting one was quite a challenge because they don't sell them at the stations. And maybe better not use the laundry service if you are in a hurry, the laundry guy is very Latin American when it comes to timing, we received our laundry after 5 pm instead of noon. All in all very recommended to stay here.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very quiet place. The entre gate is at calle romero.

Christian the owner is very helpful and can also help with regulations re selling in Argentina and Poder if needed.
Shower is not very hot but otherwise it's a great place to stay.

A couple of useful info:The first is for taller than 2-2.5m vehicles; Once you got off the highway and near enough in the residential area, approaching Andean Roads from the west/north (i.e. from Av. Henry Ford) is not possible as there's a 2-2.5m height-restriction gates at the beginning of every street (also no-trucks signs all over the place but we just had to ignore those) Ricardo Gutierrez road was the way in. Second: it was a bit of a puzzle to work out which house/ property it is as it isn't obvious. There is no Andean Road sign at the entrance and the gps waypoint above only indicates where that person was parked inside rather than showing the entrance. The house number is 3249 or the gate is at -34.450617 -58.682462

Probably the best place to stay close to downtown BA, although not an official campsite. Very friendly and helpful owner!

Report Check-In

Yes, the dogs did bark all night - probably average more than 2 dogs per house for the whole district, but anywhere is the same.
Space can be very restricted depending on whether the motorhomes are out on hire or back home so communicate before turning up..
Small supermarket a block away and a large shopping centre three or four km away.
