Something not right?

Description

Very run down hotel right on the beach. She tried to charge us $200 pesos to dry camp but we talked her down to $180. Spots were very uneven. There are lots of little restaurants on the beach that serve great food which was really nice. We stayed one night, because it was very hot and felt it was expensive for the camping location.

200mxn per 1 van 1 person.
seems pretty much given that the place is abandoned and full of gargabe. i stayed for 2 days but in the second day i could barely breath due to the smell.
restaurant is closed, outside bathroom is totaled, for toilet you can use the inside bathrooms which are fine, but for shower they ll give you a key to a room to shower with hot or warm water (i had no 7, where the shower doesn t work too good).
here only the owners amd the people that kinda take care of the property are staying. but nothing is clean... the place doesn t look good.
it would be fine if the beach would be clean so you can go and swim but it s very filthy... not only the beach, but the water too.
would not recommend, unless you need it for a night and you couldn t find any other place.

Very run down hotel right on the beach. She tried to charge us $200 pesos to dry camp but we talked her down to $180. There are technically showers on site, but they are outdoor and were not nice at all. No bathrooms, water, or electricity there. Spots were very uneven. There are lots of little restaurants on the beach that serve great food which was really nice. We stayed one night, because it was very hot and felt it was expensive for the camping location.

100 mxn for the night. Mosquitos were everywhere and the second to last out door shower has really painful Barb's growing up through the wood slats. I got them stuck on me and my towel. There are 6 outdoor showers so stay away from the left side.

Uniquement pour van et franchement pas terrible. Nous avons passé notre chemin.

We stayed here 5 nights, it was a great safe spot on the beach. We had meals from the restaurant, they make a great fish soup. Enjoyed beer with some of the locals and were treated very well. When we inquired about a car wash, Mary the owner had one of her locals wash our rig, took some time, but they did a fantastic job.
Mary is the owner/operator and speaks a little English, but is very helpful and accommodating.
This location is just half a block from the Main Street, so shopping is readily available along with dinning options if you want.
We paid 100 MP per night which was fair. The Banos in the yard are less then desirable , but there are other facilities in the hotel lobby, you just need to ask. A great place on the beach if you have your own bathroom facilities.

Parking of the restaurant on a grassy spot in front of the beach. Showers and restrooms not clean but ok for the price : 50p for 2. Nice people running the place.
