No regular service.
If you ask around you can find a small boat taking your motorbike up North to Canavieira (30km).
The guy asked for 150Rs per bike incl. rider and was willing to drop to 120Rs, which was still too much for us. We were only two persons with two bikes, he told us the price would drop if there were more.
If you have the money it would surely be a nice boat ride and definitely beats following the BR101.
As far as we know there's no option for cars.
