This is is a well maintained rest stop across from the YRB maintenance yard (YRB is the contractor who maintains HWY 16 throughout this area). It is open year round with heated flush toilets. The signs say that the water is not potable, but there is a large creek next to the stop. This location also has a large paved pull through parking section that is designed to accommodate multiple big rigs - plenty of space for the largest RV. There is also a small playground for kids.

No problem to stay here. But there is a sign to not camp (tent).
Hot water in washrooms and electricity, WiFi there.
Great rest stop. Warm washrooms, lights, kid playground, river, electric cars charging station, and power outlets outside washrooms
Report Check-InGreat highway rest stop with amenities as listed with several other cars, campers and truckers also here. A good spot to stop for a night while driving this empty stretch of highway.
Report Check-InNice spot near a small creek. Highway pretty noisy during the day but quite at night. Lots of bugs altrough, once the sun is down you can not stay outside anymore. The wifi was off during my stay, not sure if it's just temporary or they have removed it.
Good enough for one night but I would't stay here longer.
Great spot as mentioned, fast free Telus wifi, electrical outlets outside and inside the washrooms. A really great spot to spend the night.
Report Check-InÀ very nice place near the river. Tents ok. Free. Many places.
Report Check-InGood place for a night. Trucks using the big paved Parkinglot for there rest but there is another smaller Parkinglot next to the creek.
A perfect site for a night next to the HWY.
