Rest area with car/truck/semi parking. Has toilets, vending machines, pet walk. The water points outside were inoperant tonight. No camping allowed, sleep in the car. Awesome view. Lot of loudmouths/yelling/screaming/horn using (even at 5:00 am, welcome back to US, where respect is overruled by higher education)
