excellent rest area with clean restrooms. large grass area. fairly quiet place to stay.

Yikes! Okay a place to park, but wow the facilities are outrageously nasty. The dog park is disgusting. Who leaves dirty diapers about for others to… enjoy.. I guess. We stopped here only because of desert wind kicking our butt on fuel economy. We’ll stay inside the camper and bug out ASAP once the wind subsides. NVDOT has some explaining to do on this rest area. Use this rest area as a last resort. To end on a good note, semi trucks are not allowed and there is a dedicated RV gravel park.

Report Check-In

Didn't use the restrooms. Noise from highway is min from about 10pm - 7am. There are two places to stay. One is when you come in and the other is on the other side of the rest stop. The other side is much less dusty.

Report Check-In

Water at rest stop. On the other side of the fence. Marked with sign.

Shade! drove all the way to the back and worth it, plenty of space, water hookup (didn't use) and bathrooms ( also didn't use) plenty of trash cans and concrete picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful sunset, no harsh lights so sky is clear too

Convenient, safe place to park for the night. Water, flush toilets and garbage cans available. There is room for RVs on both the east and west ends of the facility. No tractor trailers permitted at this rest area but there is some traffic noise from the highway during the night.

Report Check-In

Rest area along US6 where overnight parking is allowed (max stay 18hrs). Toilets, picnic tables, dump station & fresh water. A bit noisy because of the highway thats nearby. At the time of our stay neither dump station nor water were running (both are closed during winter). Sunsets are dramatic. Dont miss them!!!

Report Check-In
