We have been to this place twice. The first time because we were looking for a place to sleep in our van. The reviews were very good so we decided to come here. The welcome from the employees was very cold, we seemed to be bothering them. When we asked if it was possible to sleep in our van, the employees told us it was not possible. We then asked if there were any cabanas available. They showed us a pretty ordinary cabana for $35 and that we had to check out the next morning because they were closed the next day. So we left. We came back three days later to taste their famous pizzas, apparently the best in Nicaragua. When we arrived, there was a table full of tourists. We asked if we could eat. They told us that there was a private event and that it was not possible. Anyway, sorry for bothering you twice, we won't be back. The place is pretty though.

Lovely place!! Much greener than the old pictures now. I slept in my VW Van , ate at the restaurant which is much appreciated anywhere you go. The owner William is french and prepares some the food himself. Fresh out of the oven bread in the morning, excellent food, delicious deserts. It was a great stop. Bc of Covid, it was pretty empty ,I slept by the coconut trees, very calm, lovely, shaded.
Very clean bathrooms, wifi at the restaurant, the sunset view is amazing. Beaches ate very close, The Boom surf spot just minutes down the road :)
We also played pétanque with William.
What a great time!
Bc tourism and activity in general is low, check to make sure he's open, when I was there it was Friday to Sunday open only.
Highly recommended place, can fit any rig.

Great spot to relax with some nice luxuries you miss in the van life. $10 a night and no obligation to eat at restaurant (but the pizzas are super good). Fast wifi accessible from camping spot, pool, showers, hammocks overlooking the hills. 10min drive to beach. Nice owners. No shade for van only downside

beautiful place not far from the beach. the pictures don't do it justice as it's the end of the dry season. They have enough space for even the largest rigs and a large number of them. The food is incredible and the service great. The owners know a guy that can take you out fishing is you want as well. Very safe and very friendly. they have washers, bathrooms, showers, pool, cabanas, hammocks and more. Internet is decent and has a long range, but can be a little slow if many people are using it. i was able to work over VPN without much trouble. One of the nicest places we have stayed in all of Central America. Highly recommend

Most beautiful place we've stayed in a long time!! Families welcomed! Owners are two very nice frenchmans. Nice cabanas for rent and it is also possible to stay overnight in parking for 10$/vehicule. Restaurant with excellent food where their pizza is considered the best in Nica! Nice pool. Lovely 2KM walk to a great beach. Beautiful views on a 12 acres lot. We were even able to wash our cloths in a machine for extra cost! We were sad to leave this little piece of cielo!
