Not too bad if you have to stay in the city of Tarapoto. Two blocks from the plaza and main supermarket. We dealt from here, on foot, with a lock repair, laundry, and shopping. Walled and gated parking lot set back from all streets. Not quiet, but it could be much worse. Free if you purchase some fuel. Tip: just around the corner is the icecream parlour La Muyuna - yummy home made icecream!
