Description

Well established camping area. Relatively expensive at 25.000 per night (4-2022) for one person and a car. Right on the beach, clean bathrooms (included in price unlike next door at Ripipal in Tongoy), shelters, electricity and a light at each site, potable water, and on arrival they will bring chairs, tables, a bin for rubbish and a BBQ. Some spots with shade from trees. Small cafe on site.

Report Check-In

Checked it out but at 25.000 clp a night in off season for one person and a car... no thank you. I went down the road to Ripipal and paid 10.000. Campground looks nice though right on the beach from a distance it looked clean.

Report Check-In

Ask 40.000 for a night, on a place out of the site, we left.

They have brand new baños, hot shower but still no Wifi, big rings need to park in the driveway in front of the sitios. Beautiful seaview from all sites. 8000PpP
Bester seafood in town at the caleta (fishermens cooperative), try the oysters

Report Check-In

Just before "full house" - national Independence holidays - we were "accompanied" by only 1 or 2 sites.
Owner is family oriented and working with the community on avoiding close noises from around, inside the campground they are very strict. Very good equipped.
The walking distance to the "caleta" is really worth it, one of the best assorted in Chile and just but always open.

Great location, right on the beach (though you are within a fenced area). Hot shower, no wifi but really pleasant owner. We were there off-season and by ourselves. 15,000 Clp.

Beautiful campsite on the beach. Just make sure you don‘t get stuck with your car in the sand. Very helpful host. Great bathrooms.

We completely agree with previous descriptions.

This Friday, there was a huge market in town. Later in the afternoon, we walked over the beach to the "Caleta de Pescadores" (far end of the bay, past all restaurants) to have "Ostiones vivos" (live scallops) with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.

Unfortunately, at 5:00 am, a group of people threw an after party on the public beach around a small car filled with powerful speakers. The receptionist told us that this is usual on weekends.

We paid 8000 CLP per person per night.

Great location on the beach. Super clean bathrooms, warm shower , felt very safe with three dogs super friendly hosts. Basins to wash your dishes. Covered area and they supply tables chairs trash cans and BBQ. No wifi at camp gourds but you can walk about 1/2 mile and there is free wi fi in the town at the park. Log into the chilegob site it’s good strong fast wifi. It’s a nice park setting there.

In October we were only 2 parties on that campground. Very well maintained. Men’s bathroom is currently being renovated for the season. Very friendly host.
We set the coordinates to that of the entrance gate.

Well established camping area. Relatively expensive at 18000 per night for two people and a van but in our opinion, worth it.
