this place is very nice with portuguese owners very very welcoming people. very nice pool. chalets are amazing and campsite as well. campsite 125ZAR person. very good food on the restaurant. delicious pizza

Well maintained campsite 🏕 with reed screens between each site. Swimming pool and clean ablutions with very friendly staff. Surprisingly good stop before the border. Watch out for the tortoises!

Nice campsite next to the lodge. Good ablution block, and you can use the swimming pool if you want to cool off. The campsites were a bit muddy, maybe caused by the attempt to let the grass grow again. Only annoyances were trucks stopping and starting next to the campsite and some roosters crowing early in the morning, but the latter is fact of nature ☺.

If you can sleep through trucks/lorries stopping and starting all night and roosters/cockerels crowing at 4am then this place is a good stopover. To give them credit, otherwise a pleasant place... especially the grass! The pool was also welcome to cool off a bit.

Six very nice places to camp. Grass, braai, table, light, electricity, big... Hot showers, very clean toilets. 130pppn. 200 meters from the border. good stop.

The most amazing people run this lodge and campsite and they really make you feel special. The campsite is amazing with great facilities and loads of friendly cats, chickens and two Springbok babies that are quite tame. The restaurant serves brilliant food.

Nice campsite, some animals around (dog, cats, springbock, tortoise). Price is 130 ppn, we negotiated the price for children, normally half price

We didn't expect a nice place near a boarder were people care about theire buisiness (because they get visitors anyway). Beautiful garden with some rescued Springbock babies. The restaurant was good also the Campingsite. The owners are really nice.

Brand new and beautiful campsite. 6 camps each fence for privacy. Each have grass, electicity, water, braai and a table. The ablutions are first class.
