Latest Check-Ins

currently staying in the park, quiet, friendly and spacious. swimming pool and cabanas available. Lots & lots of mosquitos. 15 amp service and non-potable water, only a few sites has dump. 300 pesos/nite.

Report Check-In

you won't find anything cheaper in Cancun. There electrical outlets in every area of the campsite and water pipes are also installed next to where you will be camping or parking your RV. There are showers with cold water and there are 2 swimming pools you can use. Price 100 pesos per person and one SUV

Report Check-In

Basic amenities with an excellent location. Mosquitos are definitely plentiful after recent rain. Across the street (on the beach side) lots of high end tourist development is going on and a short walk is a very nice, pricey, Flamingo’s Seafood restaurant. Small shop selling basic essentials also a short walk. Lots of spaces for small rv, car or camper and tents. Limited space for bigger rigs but not impossible. I paid 200 pesos for full hookups. Friendly staff and longer term parking seems to be an option if you’re going to Isla Mujeres.

Report Check-In

swimming pool and place to play. It is indicated that the beach is 5 minutes away on foot, however with the construction of a hotel right opposite, it is impossible to access it...

Report Check-In

Good location for camping in Cancun. Price is 300 P. Big place to choose a spot.

Report Check-In

We had some maintenenca and repairs scheduled in Cancun and stayed over a week here - both camping (full hook-up) in our rig and staying at one of the cabanas while the ruck was at the shop. Price was the same for both: 400 Peso/day. It was perfect for our needs - on the weekend there were bigger groups playing music into the night and a road goes by directly behind the cabanas, so it was not the most quiet stay during some nights, but with the help of ear plugs we slept fine nevertheless. We tried both of the seafood restaurants in walking distance but were not overly impressed with either of them - Flamingos for example is way overpriced in our opinion. Kukulcan is better in that regards for o.k. food.

Report Check-In

All as described. They did our laundry (60 Pesos). The owner was friendly and let us sleep in a cabin with air conditioning while the truck was parked in front for 400 Pesos a night.

Report Check-In

Awesome camp spot super close in Cancun! This camp site was very nice with 2 pools and many hammocks to relax in. The grounds were very shaded with lots of trees and lizards. The showers were cool but the bathrooms were a little dirty but everything worked fine. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice shaded spot. They also only accept cash.

Report Check-In

200p for 2p in a Van. A lot of space - sunny and shady spots! Looks nice at first sight (grass, trees, hammocks, pools).

There is elecetricity, but many of them are broken. If you find a working one - its included.

Bathrooms were a little dirty and the toilet flush wasn’t working all the time.

Trash (empty and full beer cans, cups) laying around. Staff didn‘t clean it up.

Guess 200p for Cancun is cheap and you get what you pay for. It was okay for us.

Report Check-In

We had trouble with our car, waiting here for 2 weeks, and it was great, people working here helped a lot…2 swimming pool now, and clean. You have collectivos just in front to go to the town for 10 pesos. Mosquitos ? It’s a tropical zone, and we don’t have more than other places, when it’s windy, they go…They asked for 200 pesos for 2p. Wifi, electricity, toilet ok…. For us, its really a good place, with friendly people …

Report Check-In

In my opinion is a great place to stay. We spent 2 weeks in this camp site waiting for family that came to visit Cancun. $100 PP plus $100 if you need full services (water, electric and sewer) is very cheap for the proximity to Cancun in my opinion. Restrooms are fine, it could be better but for the price you can not ask for anything else. In conclusion I think this is a very good place to consider if you are in the Cancun area.

Report Check-In

Friendly staff, much space, shadow, 2 pools. 100 pesos pppn including internet.
BUT: water in the pools not clear, toilets not clean, traffic noise, no beach! One expensive restaurant in 15 min walking distance.
Good for one night, no reason to stay longer.

Report Check-In

I left my camper here for 20 days, still 50 pesos a night. Car was fine afterwards! Nice owner.

Report Check-In

Thé place is really close to downtown. The campground is ok, with a small pool, full hookup etc…
However, many mosquitos. Impossible to stay outside and really noisy. Music is really strong during the night. 400pesos for 2 adults and 2 kids

Report Check-In

Nice camping with pool, wifi, electricity , we pay 300 mxn 2 people on a Motorhome full hook up, we spend three quiet nights here

Report Check-In

A horrible night for us. Party with big music like 5 am. When We arrived, the guys ask for 450 pesos. We finnaly deal it at 400 pesos for one night for our VR. Dump electricity and run water. He have aaaa loooooot of mosquitos: morning PM and night. Pool have foul grass in it. Dirty…. If you have a better choise, take a other overnight. If it’s the only possibility, that’s ok.

Report Check-In

100 pp dry camping. It was extra 50pp for water and electric. Nice flat area quiet during the day but there is an event center across the street about 80 meters down and they had events both nights we were there so the music was loud until after midnight.

Report Check-In

This is a very good campground. We spent 2 nights here with a tent. If you are friendly and smile, the owner will be friendly and smile too. Fast wifi, clean showers and toilets. We were very happy here. 100p pro person. No big trouble with mosquitos if you use some repellent. /// Close to this camping ground on the Av. Bonampak street the local police stops tourists here for „crossing a red light“ or „speeding“ and write ticket for 4.000 or 8.000 pesos. They will take your driving license until you pay the ticket on the police station (this is actually legal in Cancun). Or you can pay the half to the cop and you are free (bribe). We were stopped here 3 times and it was always the same. We always play dumb and don’t speak English or Spanish with them and they let us drive without pay anything. Be careful.

Report Check-In

Very nice place north of Cancun, we didn’t have mosquitos… you can also park your car for a long time at 50pesos per day Friendly owner Nice swimming pool 200pesos

Report Check-In

300p/night for 2 people in a motorhome. We stayed 7 nights, alone, quiet and almost no mosquitos.

Report Check-In

As described - nice place, with mosquitos. I didn’t notice that iOverlander says no pets (we have a small dog) but he did agree to let us stay after we promised to clean up after her. We understand - so many people are jerks and dont pick up after dogs. Plan to stay at least 5 nights.

Report Check-In

we arrived at five pm...were greated by the owner, I suppose, through the barrs on the lock door....200p/ n
we were bitten. by mosquitos right away...On the second time around, after a week long vacation on isla mujeres, this place feels pretty good!
and with the first swimming pool with water!

Report Check-In

Just stay here if you don't need to get outside is you car... Massive mosquitos everywhere... worst then vampires, they hunt day and night! lol, the infrastructure is good.

Report Check-In

Bom lugar! Simples, mas completo! Água, esgoto e energia (15 amperes) em cada site. Tem banheiros com chuveiro quente, piscina e Wi-Fi. Não aceita pets. O único incoveniente são os mosquitos, traga repelente.🇧🇷

Report Check-In

Prices per night: 100 pesos per person to camp, 300 pesos to rent a cabaña for 2 persons. Owner opens gate after you pay him, all okay, we had no troubles with him. Pool was halfway empty. Although we have a campervan, we took a cabaña to enjoy the AC, which worked good. A LOT of mosquitos (really bad) so we didn’t came out of our cabaña. Checkin is at 1pm, not sooner. Wifi works also in cabaña but not that strong. Good for a night or 2 to rest, wouldn’t stay here for a longer period.

Report Check-In

vast camping site, north of cancun. Full of mosquitoes. Impossibke to stay outside the camper. bathrooms and showers quite dirty.
we were the only one. the owner is special : you pay before entering the site, but he's not a bad guy.
Paid 150 pesos per person.

Les 3 chats en voyage
Good camping not too extensive. We have to pay before entering it is 150 pesos per person through the gate.(children free)The owner is pleasant and vigilant about safety.
The pool is very clean. Toilets and showers are less well maintained.
The Wifi is very good .
The park is large with grass everywhere.
It's a nice place. We spent 4 nights.

Report Check-In

As described below, nice and spacious, well kept grassy area with plenty of shade to park/camp, nice clean swimming pool. The owner was friendly, first pay then he will open the gate for you.
However the bathrooms leave something to be desired...but we have seen worse in Mexico.
Stayed for 2 nights.
$150/PPN

Report Check-In

we stood two days at this relaxing place. Trailer park as described, only, the owner was friendly. First pay the 150 p/p then he will open the gate. No problem at all.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Probably the most miserable man in Mexico BUT the place was ok. 300pesos for 2 people in a truck, this close to Cancun is not bad value. Showers are shabby but ok. Grounds are nice and spacious, grassy, plenty of space for lots of big rigs. Many water and electricity hook-up points. It was breezy with no mosquitoes. Good fast WiFi. Good fish restaurant 5 mins walk down the road (turn right out of the gate).

Report Check-In

Asked for 150 for each person for full hookups. Unfortunately the hot water pilot light was off, and when we asked him to check that the hot water was working, they told us to pay first, and if we didn't like that, then we could leave! So we left. Also, during the short time we were there, we got bitten a lot by some very aggressive mosquitoes!

Report Check-In

DIRTY TOILETS, pool closed at 10 pm for maintenance but 7 in the morning still close for cleaning. Charge 300 pesos for small truck camper. Much better places for the value. I’ll never repeat.

Report Check-In

The park is fine. paid M$200 for our camper van for the night. Electric, water, pool but Dogs are not allowed, contrary to the original posting.

Report Check-In

Good for one night. Not very nice restrooms. Great wifi and close to beach. Friendly staff. We paid $350 pesos for three people to camp.

Report Check-In

We rented a basic cabin for 300 pesos, which included air con (old and noisy but worked), a fan, a tv and private bathroom. Can park moto outside your door. No mozzie prob inside as was screened, although there were loads outside!
Great location for ferry to Isla Mujeres BUT....noisy party right outside cabin ALL NIGHT! So good and cheap, but don't bank on sleeping much.

Report Check-In

Pretty decent for the price. Mosquitos weren't obvious at all, at least during the day. Hookups, water and wifi for 200 MXN. Measured about 8 Mbps down, 0.5 Mbps up, which is great for Mexico so far.

Report Check-In

Older RV park with mostly long term big rigs. A little run down but sufficient. When we first arrived it was ok, after the weekend it was in need of a good cleaning and the pool was murky (possibly due to a broken pump). Camping is still 200 pesos per night, vehicle storage is 50 pesos per night. We parked our van to spend a few nights on Isla Mujeres, no issues.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Paid 200p for full hookups. refreshing pool. Wifi not consistent but more than one to choose from. Event center nearby with LOUD music into the late evening. beach access is about a 15 minute walk to Playa del Ninos. good telcel reception.

Report Check-In

Nice enough. But when you consider it's 50 pesos per person per night for tent camping near Cancun it's pretty good! Bathrooms were alright, there are hammocks and a swimming pool, and it's close to Punta Sam for the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Report Check-In

full hook-ups. bathroom is disgusting and shower is a shared 2 shower inside the same shower curtain. we stayed at the far end of the camping and wifi was barely working. there is a small swimming pool and some barbecues. place is safe and beach access is about 1.5km (we heard there is a closer access but the beach isn't as nice ).

Report Check-In

Although we didn't stay in the trailer park we talked with the person in charge who gave us info about the place. 200 pesos for RVs and small overlanding rigs. 50 pesos per person for ground tent camping. 300 for cabañas with AC. Full hook-ups, restrooms, showers.

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet spot with great internet and clean bathrooms. There were mosquitoes but they weren't that terrible. Best price on the Yucatan!

Report Check-In

Wanted to stay longer at 100 pesos for the night, but couldn't handle the mosquitos. Bathrooms could be nice, if they were cleaned...

Report Check-In

Pretty quiet but ideal for access to Cancun. Right on the bus route or 20 minutes by bike. Power / water and good wifi. Laundry service as long as you're not in a rush. Beach across the road, but big issue with Mozzies

Report Check-In

The place looked almost abandoned, cold showers in the dark , run-down bathrooms. Other than that is the most affordable in the whole Yucatan at 50 pesos/person/night and good internet.

Report Check-In

A nice trailer park with full hookups just north of Cancun. Watch out for the Mosquitos!

Report Check-In

Campground with lots of mosquitoes, electricity, water and dumping. Reasonably quiet at night. Good WiFi. Peso night 200 -

Near Cancun, close to Punta Sam

Report Check-In

Large grassy areas (especially good to clean his car again from the inside). Electricity / water / waste water on the pitch. Free WIFI. Many Iguanas. Although located just one block from the beach, but we have found no access, since everything is obs;-)
