Nice quiet spot with fire pit closer to the road u see the trees. Plenty of dry firewood around.

There was lots of toilet paper and human shit behind the tree, which is now gone as I burned it all.

Please leave wild camp spots better than you find them for others on the road in need of shelter to enjoy! Dig a hole, cover or take your waste away.

I am here now. Nice spot but the smell and visible appearence of human feces is quite overwhelming. If it wasn’t late I would move. Like come on kids, put a rock overtop of your fecal matter at the VERY least. Unreal.

Nice spot with the sound of the river. Hidden enough from the road. Quiet at night. 4G with Claro. Easy access

Cycling from Valle Exploradores towards Puerto Guadal this was a good spot to stop. The spot to the right in the trees was full of TP and the tree looked like a widow maker so I camped to the left. Water was a bit cloudy, I used a UV pen but would have felt better with a filter.

Nice spot, we are bicycle touring and set up our tent in the trees. From about 5pm to 8pm there were a lot of horse flies and then after 8pm there were a lot of little black flies. Otherwise it was a great site. The sound of the running river helped us sleep and it was nice to have river access to refill water and wash off.

Nice spot by the river. Didn't see the fallen tree. The steep access is possible without 4x4WD. Very little traffic, can barely hear with river anyway

Lugar espectacular. Paramos para almoçar e chovia. Mas as arvores nos permitiram almoçar como se estuviésemos com teto. O rio é lindo!! Nos vamos ficar a noite, mas é muito bom pra isso tbm. A Sprinter entra legal.

No mosquitos at this time. Perhaps too chilly. Room for several vehicles, tents, etc. Beautiful views and clear, cold river water.
No rubbish besides toilet paper hidden in nearby bushes. Please take your tp in a small, plastic bag. It truly is trash. And special thanks to whomever dumped your poop tank in a bush in the camping area, just ten feet from the river. My dogs consumed your human excrement and kept us up all night vomiting. At least hide your shit, or bury it.
It is behaviors like this that gets primo spots such as this one locked up. So disgusting.

As we were leaving we spotted new fence posts being installed. This location may be closed soon.

Nice hidden place. No wind protection for roof tent. Close to the road, but almost no traffic during night. Sound of the river make you fall asleep as babies. Mobile signal.

Very nice spot. Entrance is 50m north of the bridge on a steep and narrow track that is difficult to see when heading south. We filled in the dip from the road and trimmed back some bushes to make access easier for larger rigs. Wonderful location after the ripio south from Rio Tranquilo. Room for multiple rigs.

Really nice spot as described, plenty of space for several tents which are mostly concealed from the road. Fire pit, and it was generally clean. Recommended!

main spot was occupied, but when you go to the left there are still some OK good campspots, seen from the road but not much traffic in the night

Nice place to stay overnight in a car, camper or tent. Easy access for all kind of vehicles. Spots hidden from the road available.

Beautyfull place after ripio, ripio and again ripio... relaxing river and a lot of sun. you
might be wind protected at the place between the trees. Silent and peacefull.

great spot to cyclist. when you go down from the road and arrive next to the river go to the right, there is a good place to put the tent and left the bycicles. there are some garbage in bags, we could not take all with us because of the bikes, please someone take it.

Brilliant spot to camp for the night. If you have a smaller rig or tent you’d be barely visible from the road. With a rooftop tent we were a little, but only from one side. Close to the river, fire ring and logs for benches. Very quiet, on the occasional passing car and the sound of the river. Quite a narrow spot, probably only provides shelter from the road for one rig, but you could fit more.

As described, really nice spot for the night for trucks, motos or bicycles. With fire ring and little bench setup. No cell service.
Place is towards the river, so coming from Rio Tranquilo (really South, not East as someone said) take a sharp left before the bridge.

still a very nice place to camp, the only one eho wasn't fenced off north to Puerto bertnard.
small place, half hidden from the road, close to the river. average wind protection.
great for a camp night !

Great Spot for Camping with the motobike or bycicle. Good protection from the wind and if necessary cover from the rain (only for very small tents directly to the base of the big tree). Only from the distance possible to be seen by a car. But some stupid people made party and left their trash!

Ciclyst - Great wildcamp spot. The point marked in ioverlander is not very big, maybe for 2 or 3 tents, but you have plenty of space following the track, and a green lawn accessible by bicycles behind the rock wall.
Make fire and toilet responsibly!

By Puente Canal. Heading east, before you reach Puente Canal, turn sharp left onto a dirt road going downhill. Quiet, no cars after 8.30pm, cars on road by 9am.

Nice little spot for maybe two or three tents. Down from the street you have to go right behind the fallen tree. Very nice and quiet. Sun in the evening and in the morning, when you are lucky :-). There are also space for cars near the river.
Good spot for a night. Great for cyclists.
