Get your passport stamped(in- and out) here. In the centre of Ndende, next to the roundabout. Might take some time for the chief to show up.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
arrived at 8:55, was out before 9:10. no questions asked. The location is correct.
Report Check-InHeading south, we checked out here. Quick process, and we got our passports and CDP stamped out of Gabon.
Report Check-InNo customs here coming from Congo, so they don’t do passavants. They told me its no problem as I have Congo exit stamp, and let me go. At every gendarmerie checkpoint I had long convo’s and eventually just before reaching Gamba, they wouldnt let me pass unless I bribe them. So I went back and stamped my Carnet (that was almost expired) and had little time left in Gabon. Insist on a passavant (they do make them for exit) or continue to nearest customs office in Mouila to get one!
Report Check-InArrived Sunday afternoon all closed, just camped on the lawn no problem, took till 10am the next day to get stamped out.
Report Check-InExiting Gabon, 11.30am. Lots of officers around, stamped our passports and filled a form within 10 minutes. well done!!
Report Check-InSearch for the building with the green roof. Still relaxed office, got my stamp in less then 30 minutes. Arrived here at 2 pm.
Report Check-InWe got there at 1 pm and it was closed, apparently they only open until noon everyday. Luckily we were going to stay the night anyway.
Report Check-InThe office is open at 6 in the morning, so the police officer told us. So if you want to start early for the long stretch to Dolisie, that's possible. They didn't ask us for fotocopies. They made the copies themselves. Very friendly.
Report Check-InLeft at the first roundabout (if you've come from Congo). Very relaxed border (some guy in an Arsenal shirt arranged the stamp). They didn't know anything about the TIP and insisted I didn't need anything... I've been stopped by police twice at the roadblocks and so far so good.
Report Check-InWe missed this place.. didnt check app and drive straight in congo Brazzaville direction. When we arrived to Gabon checkpoint they gave us special letter with stamp to confirm that we leave Gabon to avoid problems at the border. Nice and friendly people, no one speaks English.
Report Check-InDutch citizens
Even when exiting they ask for passport copy, Gabon visa copy and car registration papers. Takes some time but pretty straightforward.
Place is quite difficult to find but ask around.
Report Check-InHad some French Smalltalk and then they copied our Passport and Gabun Visa in their Office.
Report Check-InPower was out in town so we couldn't provide a copy of the visa. Luckily they just wrote the info on copies of our passports that we already had. No fee, quick and friendly. They weren't interested in the TIP.
Report Check-InPhotocopy of passport, visa and vehicle permit required (not sure about carnet as we don't have one). Photocopier nearby, 200m.
