This northern end of the village seemed the quietest at Colombian holiday time. If you are self-sufficient and don't need a toilet, you can park for free either next to the restaurant/hostal or in front on the beach. Very cool place watching the kite-surfers.
Report Check-InWe stayed here one night and Rodrigo arranged for us to meet a guide (Julio) to go to Punta Gallinas who ended being totally dishonest, he didn't even come we had to follow another guide who left us hanging at the boat launch where they drop off the backpackers. Stay at Kite Center Eoletto down the road much better vibe and they can assist with finding a guide who will ride in your rig. Following the guides that take the backpackers is not a pleasant experience, they drive like maniacs and you can't stop for pictures etc... and they don't go all the way to Punta Gallinas!
