stayed for 4 nights parked during the day in self contained Sprinter 5 mins from Plaza Mayo regular police patrols and 24hr food cabins for security during the night . daytime fills up with office staff cars all for free spent the parking money on other stuff ....water supply close ...toilets in Starbucks ....much quieter than Buquelbus parking that's aps350/ night and you can feed the turtles .

Mega loud! We left at 3.30am because trucks were still rumbling through the street, the eateries played loud music, shouting people, the sound of smashing bottles, car racing and honking idiots. The best it was Tuesday and not even weekend!
