Missing any spices, sauerkraut, biodegradable soap or other important food from home this is where you will find it. Prices are high for here but less than home so I’m very appreciative.

Plus they’re pet friendly and the opening time is loose so if you’re there for 10 expect to wait a bit :)

I agree it's a nice place with lots of vegan/vegetarian options but $$$ considering we're in Guatemala. In the grocery section, tofu is 28Q. Sorry but we found other restaurants (owned by locals!!!!!) that serve huge and delicious vegan plate for less than that :/

Let's be honest, there are many things that are affordable too and super tasty! I'm just very critical when it comes to tofu;)

On the medicine section, half of the brands they sell are not that good and super pricey. Funny to see health products that are not afordable at all for the locals. They want to heal people or not?

For infos, they sell natural parasite treatments. If you are one lucky person that got parasite infection (super common here) then you can try this instead of antibiotics. The brand we bought (purple bottle) had two different instructions written on bottle and paper.......very professional. Turned out we didn't get parasites so I can't make any reviews on this product.

Wide selection of bulk spices, seeds, flours. Excellent assortment of medicines, oils, herbs, teas. A kitchen making delicious vegetarian sandwiches. (Seriously delicious). Some local cheeses, hummus, tzatziki etc. Good stuff.

A small store with harder to find health food including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free foods, body products, a decent bulk section, essential oils, and supplements.
