Super endroit, bord d’autoroute (Gratuit). Sur le terrain ce n’est pas gratuit.
Bon restaurant, piscine 35 pesos. Parfais pour une nuit 🙂

Report Check-In

Nice place. 150 pesos to park on the grass far from the restaurant and the music. We were alone and the night was pretty calm. Free if you park with the trucks in the parking lot.

Report Check-In

Good place for a night stop on a longer journey!
As already written, a very nice, clean and well-maintained restaurant with garden & pools, like a small oasis!
Swimming in the pool costs 35 pesos, parking on the gravel surface for free. Shower & toilet for free when something is consumed.
The staff is really nice and the free WiFi is just enough to the gravel area. Since it's a truck stop, it is very loud up to about 10pm and then from 8am again.

Great spot! Noisy semis all night, but that is expected. We had four dogs and they were not allowed around the pools, but we were not charged anything. Had a few beers in the evening and breakfast in the morning. A great experience, everyone was so friendly! Tons of room!

Report Check-In

Could not park on the grass because it was too wet but we stayed on the pavement area with the truck for FREE ! It’s a very nice place for one night. 35$ pesos per person to use the pool.

Noisy during the day but not that bad at night, we overall slept very well!

Report Check-In

150$Mex to sleep inside the grassy area. Free on the truck parking lot. Both are just near the road so very noisy. we didn't stay

Report Check-In

it was a good spot for one night to stay.

Report Check-In

Huge beautiful property that's well maintained. Restaurant food is so so. The three pools are clean and very nice and cost 35 pesos to swim. Camping is still free and there is some shade (see pics). The bathrooms are clean, and there are cold water showers that I did not use. I also did not use any water or electricity here but drank a lot of beer and chatted with the friendly staff. This truck stop/restaurant/bar/pool/exotic zoo/campground is a great place to stop and put all of your belongings back in place after the awful, bumpy road in from Campeche City. There are nine free-roaming very curious peacocks on the property that my dogs were very interested in. There's also a very friendly white and orange cat. Please tell him I said hi. The road noise didn't bother me at all.

Report Check-In

a really nice place. the restaurant is expensive but it was tasty. there are many trucks that drive again very early. So not the quietest place but a great view of the garden with pool.

Report Check-In

It’s look like a truck stop, free and free wifi, bit busy with the road but safe a large place to sleep

Report Check-In

A great place to spend the night. We stood outside for free. You could also take a shower for free. It was very quiet and the view of the grounds was very nice.

Report Check-In

Good place to sleep, free showers and toilets in the restaurant. Pretty quiet and felt safe.

Report Check-In

Great place for a night! Cyclists camp for free.
There's a pool, 35 pesos to use it.
Restaurant and bar, plenty of space and WiFi.
We had a good time here, would come back!

Report Check-In

Cool place, very beautiful acreage and great alternative to Pemex even though you are next to the highway. Good food at the restaurant, wait staff was great and patient with my limited Spanish. Met Francisco the owner during dinner, who is a really nice guy and was interested in our travels. We didn’t stay in the camping area that he offered bc our dogs are a little territorial around other dogs who were camping. Didn’t have time to swim but the pool looked great. Clean bathrooms. Very happy we stopped here!

Report Check-In

We stayed two nights here as we needed some good phone reception.
We stayed on the parking lot with the trucks as it was free. It was a bit nosy some times but ok.
We ask at the restaurant if we could grab a shower and they say yes (it was not very clean but it was free 😅)
The restaurant is quite pricy but you don’t have to go if you want to stay for free on the parking lot.

Report Check-In

It's free for the cyclists. The place is huge, over 20 hectares, and you can go far away from the road and restaurants. I piched my tent near the second lake and it was peaceful.

Report Check-In

We stayed here one night on the parking behind the restaurant. We asked the girl of the restaurant and she said it's free to sleep on the parking,we didn't try the food in the restaurant. The place it's a bit noisy with the truck but for one night it's OK.

Report Check-In

arrived at 7 pm, parked right at the fence behind some trucks, watched by several peacocks. Place not very busy, not much traffic noise. Asked if we could stay, no problem, free, fee for pool 35 pesos. Went for dinner, then to the pool. Music at the pool area stopped at around 10:30, had a safe and quiet night.

Report Check-In

We enjoyed this place. Paid 150 pesos to camp for the night as a family of four, I asked two people but we didn’t have to pay extra for the pool. Free washrooms and showers, the ones by the camping/pool area are really clean. Multiple pools but only one in use when we were there, it was great to cool off in the day and before bed! Restaurant was okay, a little noisy at night being on the highway but we’d stay again.

Report Check-In

Not many redeeming features here. Place is a restaurant with a pool in the middle of nowhere alongside the main road to Merida. Very noisy, is used as a 24/7 truck stop. Security is marginal, no fencing whatsoever. 150Ps for the night including cold showers. Has a couple of nice horses too.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night. Many trucks stop here. It's right next to the road but they have some cameras as you can see on the screens in the restaurant. Showers and toilets were ok. We parked close to the restaurant. It's the seccond time we stopped here, to us it feels safe.

Report Check-In

Here is the current deal:

- staying on the parking lot in front of the restaurant, directly next to the highway and truck parking: free
- staying on the property, green lawn with plenty of palm trees for shade, a bit away from the highway and much quieter: 150 pesos/vehicle
- use of toilets and shower: free

- use of pool: 35 pesos/person
- renting a kayak: 50 pesos
- restaurant open 24/7

Report Check-In

Perfect place for one night. We parked in front of the restaurant and asked if we could stay for a night. No problem, was free. We could also use the bathrooms which were very dirty, the showers as well. Lots of birds. Quiet and safe night.

Report Check-In

We travel in bike and camp, this was a nice place for us, with pool to cool down ✌️

Report Check-In

As described. Showers are not that bad and there’s a head also. 150 for a couple. Camping spot is visible from the road and open, but feels safe.

Report Check-In

Nice clean place, nice swimming pool, friendly. Charged 150 for car including all people and 35 per adult for using the pool.

Report Check-In

solo traveler, he asked 100p for the night. it was late and I didn't try to negotiate
pros: cheap and clean pool, restaurant is fair price, location is convenient and there isnt much else nearby

cons: price is steep for what you get versus most other places I've camped. bathrooms are clean but not really great (no TP, no seats, shower is just a pipe dumping water), no hookup options, LOTS OF TRUCK NOISE

Report Check-In

Really love this place! One of our favorite stops in Mexico. Beautiful pools, really delicious food, friendly people... we weren’t expecting this. Dry camping for us, $150 pesos plus pool $35. The peacocks and other animals were a bonus. Such a fun stop!

Report Check-In

Stayed there just one Monday night because the heavy (truck) traffic until 2 a.m and! the loud music from the Restaurant was to much for us for a pleasant 2.nd night; the area is beautiful and the pools are also well maintained but we haven't used them.

Report Check-In

Very nice place. Vacation! Five pools, ee didn't get chargedfor using. We paid 250 $ forthe night.
Fransisco is very nice and proud of his huge property.
Recommend!!!
Wifi is really good, food nice top.
Traffic at night goes down, try to park between the palm trees on the lawn ...

Report Check-In

Beautiful open dry camping $150 pesos, US $8 per nite , shower & Bathroom on site. Pools available , $1:95 for the Day . Full Bar , very clean great food . No gas station ,Free WiFi .

Report Check-In

Great place for a stopover. The new bathrooms are complete (but the water was sometimes turned off to use for the lawn or other things) and a short walk from the open grass field for camping. We were able to plug in and run our fans all night for no additional charge. The owner said no A/C as the wiring isn’t up to the task. Some road noise as trucks are passing, but didn’t bother us. Paid $150 pesos for the night, pool was extra $35/pp. Recommended. There was a baby miniature horse as well!

Report Check-In

Confirming earlier comments, this is a very nice pool, campsite, and restaurant. We paid 150 pesos per night to park and 35 per person for the pool. Staff were all very friendly and we met the owner who is keen to expand the campsite business; for example, they are building a set of toilets and showers just for campers.

Only new thing to note is that the food can be hit or miss depending on who's cooking. The first night we had the diablo shrimp and it was some of the tastiest food we've had in Mexico. We ordered the same thing the next night and got a completely different dish, which the waitress acknowledged was because the two cooks have different recipies. And the bathrooms are still the weak link in this otherwise really nice stop over.

Report Check-In

Really a great place, it's close to the road and you hear the trucks but just passing not braking. For us the other problem are the toilets and showers, the same that for the restaurant, but in a few days will be new ones for the pool and camping use. The rest are perfect for us. The huge grassy parking, the restaurant with really good food at reasonable prices, the pool and even the price (150Mx for a van and two persons). Enjoy!

Report Check-In

as stated, green & nice, next to the road. Electricity available on the camping area, also constructing new bathroom for campers, existing showers have hot water. 150p for truck camper, 2 people with electric, pool is 35 p/person extra. Food pretty good, 100p for fish with salad/rice

Report Check-In

Great spot for a stopover between Palenque and Campeche.
Huge garden, swimming pools, a nice lake at the end of the property, horses and peacocks.
The place is very fancy for where it is (but maybe we’ve seen too many Netflix series)...
150pesos per car and good food at the restaurant. Warm showers. Security at night. Decent WiFi.

Report Check-In

Their main business is a restaurant catering for truck drivers, offering very good value for money on the restaurant, which also has great ambiance for the type of business.

But they also have a nice pool (mx$ 35 per adult), patio tables for family entertaining, and a large grass area for campers, where they charge Mx$ 150. They also offer the alternative of parking by the trucks for free. Francisco, the owner, is a very good host.

Food was good and very reasonably priced. Bathrooms are ok, but not great. Wifi does not reach the campers area (for a phone or tablet, maybe a laptop would work), and telcel has weak signal.

They do not have electricity, water or dump hookups.

Very well located in the middle of the road between Chetumal and Palenque, about 1 hour from the Calakmul entrance

Report Check-In

Beautifull Campingspot.
Unfortunatly next to the highway, but if you’re tired and want to relax this is perfect! Beautifull Pools and a hidden lake at the end of the property... You can rest and relax.
Didn’t tried the restaurant, so can’t give feedback.
Showers were not so clean, but it’s not a 5 star hotel, so iT Will do, plenty of cold water coming out the shower :-)
Beautifull birds and animals on the farm, lot’s of space to let your dog run.

A bit pricy! 150 pesos for one person, little Tiny van and a dog???

Report Check-In

We stayed here 3 nights. Very beautiful camping. 35 pesos for the pool. 150/night. Huge place with palmtrees. The restaurant was good and open until midnight. The weather is good, not too hot. Poneys, cats, birds, peaocks. Really good place to stay. Really quiet even if the road is just next to.

Report Check-In

Great camping just on the road to Palenque/Campeche. Paid 150 pesos for two. Electricity, pool(35 pesos), big garden, lagoon, wifi a the restaurant. The heat is better here than Palenque.

Report Check-In

Good place to stay for a night.
There is a small lake on the property to see birds.
Internet sometimes fails.
Big pool was empty because of cleaning.
Bugs in the evening.

Report Check-In

really nice grassy area to park with ponies and peacocks (more noisy than the road at night)
road noise not that bad
no wifi when we were there.
women showers really disgusting.
ok for 1 night on the road.

Report Check-In

As described: a restaurant / roadhouse on the MEX186 with a nice and big pool area. Additionally they start to build up a campside, eventually with full hookup in the future. The owner Francisco is a super friendly guy, he takes very well care of his property (the greenest grass we‘ve seen in Mexico this time of the year). There are peacocks and mini horses around, lots of birds and trees & bushes for some shade
150 Pesos to camp (truck camper w 2 persons) and 35 Pesos pp for the use of the pool.
Hot water showers (ok clean) and flush toilets (not clean).
Unfortunately the camping is quite close to the road so expect some traffic noise (less in the night once it’s dark though)

Report Check-In

Hello Overlanders, me and my family just spent the night here and this stop is a very good option. Francisco the owner showed us the place around and for 150 pesos we got electric connection, Wi-Fi and showers. This is a restaurant that has a huge landscape with peacocks, birds and a great swimming pool (you pay extra 35 pesos to use it if you want).

Report Check-In

I got in mid-afternoon, and asked the guy in charge if I could park for the night. He asked if I wanted to camp on the grounds & I said I just sleep in my camper. He said it was fine, no cost to park, so I ate in their restaurant, which was reasonable & good. Wifi was not working.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

nice flat place to camp. 150pesos wifi password is the same. clean bathrooms a ways from the campsite. Fransisco very friendly and accommodating. He still hopes to make improvements. unfortunately had trouble sleeping and finally fell asleep at 2am with the help of earplugs and melatonin. Then at 6am one of the grounds keepers started weed wacking next to our car. We did not find that very considerate. hopefully that isn't an everyday thing.

Report Check-In

Great side of the road camping. Nice big grassy area and a couple of pools. The place is really a restaurant that caters mostly to truckers. We paid 200 pesos for our 33’ rig w 5 people and two dogs. The road wasn’t that busy and we woke to miniature horses next to our bus. No water no electrical.

Report Check-In

Great place to stop for a night. The ground is vast and very well maintained. The dogs had plenty of space to play and roam. Food is good at the restaurant and the owner is very nice and helpful. A bit noisy since it’s on the Mex 186. Toilets are ok, didn’t try the shower.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Very nice, electricity is on the tree. Only on set of plug ins that we could find. Exactly as described. Pools are not so clean though.

Report Check-In

Stayed in the truck stop out front for free. We ate at the restaurant and used the pool ($35/adult, $25/kid). Staff said they weren't allowed to give the wifi password. We were quoted $150 for camping with electricity but felt totally safe parking in the front lot instead. Great stop over with the kids, especially with the pools and playground.

Report Check-In

This is an awesome place but you have to understand it for what it is. Primarily it's a restaurant right now. The restaurant also has two pools with different spaces in each pool (totally awesome for kids).

The restaurant charges everyone for a wristband to go swimming. $35mxn for adults and $25mxn for kids.

The owner, Francisco, is a great guy but he is rarely here and the staff here are running a restaurant, not a campground.

Francisco has a great vision for having 100 camp sites on this huge property. Take a walk to the south east and you'll find a new driveway for the future campsites and then a natural spring fed stream with a lagoon and a waterfall with a larger lake beyond.

He hopes to open the future campsites in 2018 but this is Mexico. So be patient.

The campsite they currently have is $150mxn per night. However the electrical situation isn't great. It isn't able to handle 30amps and the 110 and 220 outlets are the same plug and right next to each other.

The restaurant staff do not have the wifi password but Francisco gave it to us. As of April 2017 it is/was [passwords are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the owner]

As for people staying for free it's possible just depends on where you park. Just realize that the staff doesn't care about you unless you're ordering food and tipping. However when you realize they are there for the restaurant the whole experience will go well!

Report Check-In

It's ok for a stop over and cool down in the swimming pools. Restrooms and showers are ok. Noisy the hole night from highway traffic. Some truck drivers use the parking lot by the restaurant for overnight. We payed 150 pesos/car for camping and 35 pesos/people for swimming. No chance to negotiate... We could park on the grass just beside the pools.

Report Check-In

Very nice place, clean restaurant, restrooms are nice. $150 pesos to camp no hookups. With electricity they asked for 250 pesos per night. We later discovered electric was unreliable as in diving low in watts and then jumping up dangerously high. We unplugged as we could not acquire consistent level wattage and want to protect our rig. We do not have a surge protector presently. We then reported that we would not use their electric and they added a third night for the 500 pesos. Not a 150 rate but wanted to state what we agreed to. We have 38' pusher rv with a Jeep towed. Right on MEX 186 and easy access. Nice restaurant and swimming pools. Large grass field with ponds very nice for dogs. Be sure to check electric before using. Our rig is solid built and the highway noise was not an issue. The staff are very helpful and hard working. We enjoy it here very much. The miniature horses, adult fully adorned peacocks, and wide open space is definitely a luxury for us in this big rig. Ask for a receipt when you check in. A young boy did not want to allow the Mr. to swim and we paid for use of all of the facilities. We were told our fee did not include food or beer but everything else is included. We were not given a receipt.

Amazing place! We arrived and asked if we could stay, they say it was free to camp! We paid 35 pesos pp for the pool access! They got an amazing lakes, nice restaurant with big jars of fresh juice for 50 pesos, (HOT water) showers and lovely animals around the area! Owners were friendly. Felt very safe during night, they got staff looking after the area!

We met a couple who was asked to paid 300 pesos to stay, they insisted and finally paid 100 pesos with free access to the pool!

Nice and Free in the parking lot. if you eat at the restaurant (reasonable priced) or use the pool (35p adult 25p kids over 6) they allow u to park in the grass by the pool

Report Check-In

Very nice campsite next to the road and even a swimming pool and restaurant. Good for a stop over. Not sure why but they didn't charge us anything for camping, might be because we stopped over late in the day. Road noise can bother some.
