Something not right?

Description

Here you get your dog papers for the senasa done. The friendly vet knows this stuff well. There are more vets next to each other. We went to the one at the end with the blue sign "Animal Center". Friendly lady with a few piercings.

1. you need a health certificate. It is blue and looks a bit more official. The vet checks your vaccination book, eventually applies anti parasites, etc. Charged us 30 Soles for the certificate only. It is valid for 15 days. (might be less if you go into Chile. Read something its only valid for one week)
2. Then you go to the Banco de la Nation and pay 98,70 Soles in the account of the Senasa. Ask the Vet, she's knows the account. I marked it on Overlander.
3. You go to the Senasa office in town. They will hand you some paper. Also a vet will check your dog again.

At the Senasa we had to wait because the vet was not there. Otherwise it shouldn't take too long.

So quick and easy! Really nice lady that helps you fill the form out. You don’t even need your dog for this part. Our pup is up to date on vaccinations so he didn’t need any. Takes about 15 minutes. See photos of docs you need.

Report Check-In

Quick and easy at 1pm. Didn’t even need the dog. Just vaccination certificate and previous health certificate (only used to copy weight/breed/name/etc.). Don’t forget to ask for SENASA bank account information.
