Got there by 10am and left aeound 2pm. Very touristic spot, but had lunch with a perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, the sea, some surfers, the birds and seals. I was in an RV and another family with an RV was having lunch there as well. I dont think you can sleep there, but its a very nice spot.
Report Check-Infree water bottle fill station with decent water pressure that will fit a gallon jug under it. a touristy area but will do in a pinch
