Mirador Aguas Calientes / Laguna Colorada | Tourist Attraction

Aguas Calientes point of view. View of the Laguna Colorada and the flamingos. When we walked over there were more flamingos in the southern viewpoint. In the morning there is smoke because there are hot springs. We had a quiet night.

point de vue aguas calientes. vue sur la Laguna colorada et les flamands roses. quand nous sommes passés il y avait plus de flamands roses au mirador sud. le matin il y a de la fumée car il y a des sources d’eau chaude. nous avons passé une nuit tranquille.

this is the best place to take a picture of this lake. the other mirador view isn't as good and you don't get any closer to the water via the road.

Laguna Colorada Lookout. Great viewpoint. VERY windy. Not possible to camp while we were here.

A good place to contemplate the Laguna Colorada from the noth-west side. Possibilty of wild camp, you have just to ask at the ranger at the gate near of the pointview, his name is Edgar, very friendly an he gave us many informations about tracks and about the animals of the parc...
