Description

A full service RV park with blazing fast wifi! You are a couple blocks off the beach and away from town, but it’s easy to catch a bus into old town.

USER REPORTS "Went out for awhile on Saturday night. Returned at 11 pm. Gate was locked. No one around. Two women standing out in the street. Not safe. Had to involve the police who called us a locksmith. 600 pesos later we were back in the van at 1 am" MAY 2022

(You can ask other campers for a key for the gate but the owner waited for us to be back and locked the gate after us.)

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed here in 2011 as well. Nice and clean, old but everything is working, good people. Not very busy. Noisy construction, so you better be out on town all day. Pleasant temperature. Secure, gated, got a key for door, stayed 2 nights. Parts of park has been sold for development. $500 per night, expensive but right in town, close to bus for old town, which is beautiful!

Report Check-In

Very clean ground, bathroom, common area and pool. 600 pesos per night for full hook-ups. We enjoyed two quiet nights (including a Friday night with no music!) Couple of blocks away from the beach to watch the sunset but far away not to be bothered with the sand and the wind. Only downside: their washing machine was out-of-order and we didn’t have hot water in the shower, only luke-warm. Small RV park so it felt super cozy, we were the only one passing by, along with two seasonal trailers.

Report Check-In

We came late, needed a place near the ferry. First they asked for 40 USD or 800 MXN. We negotiated it to 500 MXN without electricity. The bathrooms are clean and the showers very hot, but loud music, barking dogs and passing cars half the night. It’s absolutely overpriced for what you get.

Report Check-In

Very clean. Perfect showers. Pool. Nice palapa to relax in. Some permanent campers and a few free places. 400 pesos. We enjoyed it.

Report Check-In

800 pesos for night now. Too expensive and also the place didn't look inviting at all. So we left.

Report Check-In

Very nice campground. Hottest shower in Mexico!! Friendly staff. Perfect to explore Mazatlán.

Report Check-In

Walk to the beach! Clean! Small! Great stag. Fast WiFi and hot showers!

Report Check-In

Look for a solid metal gate and ring the bell. They will come to open a drive in gate for you. Charged $500 pesos per night. It was clean and flat, WiFi was decent the first night, and the pool was refreshing. The second day they had a child’s birthday party so we were not able to use the pool and the WiFi was slow. Women’s showers only 1 or the 3 worked. Washer $25 and dryer $35 pesos per load, but the dryer never heated up so we had to hang out clothes inside the van to dry.

Report Check-In

RV Park between houses, not far away from beach and restaurants. Pool and bathrooms clean. Easy access to town by taxi. 400 pesos per night per RV.

Report Check-In

Awful place and very unfriendly people!
He wanted 600 pesos for 2 nights for a VW Van, we were a bit surpise because that’s almost high season price and we were the only one in the off Season!!!
So i started argue that the toilet/shower weren‘t clean and the pool was discusting too!
Well he gave us a 100 pesos discount...
Saidly this is the only good and safe place in Mazatlan if you have to take the ferry...that’s why it was our 3rd time here.

Report Check-In

way to expensive for what it is! only winterbirds. stayed 1night.

Report Check-In

Ended up here because we had to wait for one day to get on the ferry.
Everything is OK, but the price is sky high with 520 pesos. Also for dry camping. And not even water on our site.
All people here are American long stayers. Not full, a week before Christmas.

Report Check-In

Nice Campground with a nice pool! A couple minutes walking to bars/restaurants and the beach.
With 440 Pesos for dry camping, to expensive!

Report Check-In

RV Park ok but expensive for just being a parking lot
close to the beach and restaurant
but not so cute
negotiated 300p

Report Check-In

Very nice pool and yakuzzi and showers. All clean and well maintained. Laundry on site and cheap. 200 meters to beach.
2250,- pesos for 1 week without electricity. If you are a shrimp lover this is the place. 160 pesos per kilo for fresh caught shrimp from street vendors near the mercado.

Report Check-In

Nice pool, hot showers, laundry in a central location. Ana, the manager is extremely helpful and nice. we paid $20usd for no hook ups.

Report Check-In

Nice place to stop after arriving on ferry from La Paz. In town and able to get acquainted with the town.

Report Check-In

Didn't stay here because they wanted $26 US, "bargained" them down to $400p and decided to leave to free camp up north.

Report Check-In

The place was full when I got here, and prices were at 460pesos. It's pricey, but understandable in this location. Ana managed to squeeze my small rig in anyway, and gave me a discount for no electricity. She was very helpful and friendly. She said the reason it was so crowded is that they sold off a portion of the park, so don't have as much space this year. The location was good - close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby, and easy to get a bus to downtown. The pool was a wonderful place in this hot weather!

Report Check-In

Nice place to stay with kids (swimming pool). Bathrooms and restrooms are clean. Wifi is great.

Report Check-In

Full hook-upsb(15/50amp, water and sewer) 300 a night. without electricity 250 a night or 900 a week. nice grassy lot, close to malicon. bathrooms old but clean, small swimming pool. can't seem to get WiFi to work. but still a good deal, as some other parks aren't even open!

Report Check-In

We paid 200.- for dry camping. no hot water, wifi was not working. seems safe but it's a bit noisy. At night ok. Clean restrooms, nothing special.

Report Check-In

Stayed here. Price for off season was 200 pesos for the couple. Peak price is 26 USD. Swimming pool is nice and people too.

Report Check-In

As described by April 2017 visitor. One other tent in the park. The gates were locked the entire time we were there, which was fine. Owner on premises wth his family is very nice. Clean bathrooms and showers. Warmish showers.

Walk or cabbie to town. Dog friendly.

Report Check-In

Since april 2016 new management, they charge 494pesos/26US$. Wifi is very slow.

Report Check-In

Great location off of the strip. Great wifi and clean bathrooms. $26/ night

Report Check-In

nice place. pool and wifi. met neighbours, friendly.

Report Check-In

i would have stayed a few days if i wasnt rushing. nice pool. close to beach. dog friendly. 100 pesos a night for 1 person/car/tent and dog.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Paid 250... Cold showers but quite refreshing in this heat... Wifi not what it used to be... But functional...

Report Check-In

Convenient, campground/RV park. 250 per vehicle per night. Full hook-up. Restrooms, cold showers, pool. Close to the water front but far from el malecon.

Report Check-In

Nice location in the town. Within a two block walk to the beach (access point directly down the road) and just beyond that in either direction is little shops and restaurants both of the tourist and local style. We paid $600 pesos for two nights for two adults and two young children. The pool made the cost worth it for us! The kids are enjoying the nice pool!

Report Check-In

Clean bathrooms and showers. RV price is $25USD + $5 for wifi. We slept in our truck and paid $20USD incl. wifi. Small pool and open-air lounge with books to read. Mostly long-term snowbirds. A short walk to the beach.

Report Check-In

Nice enough for being in the city. No Internet available it is broken or not longer available we don't know they don't know. Hot showers. Electrical. Close to buses.

Report Check-In

Clean and cozy. Fast wifi. Bathroom could use some repair and updating, considering its $25/night. The pool is mostly unused and not upkeeped. Mostly big buses and pretty tightly packed. The Volkswagon taxi is a fast and cheap was to get to the old town, since there isnt a lot of parking.

Report Check-In

Internet was slow, and no hot water for showers. Plus the first two hook ups we tried had the wires crossed and shocked both of us when we tried to open the door to the camper. $25 USD
