Description

Really nice road to site (a little bumpy but any vehicle should be fine, our 2WD Promaster was) to a bunch of sites with fire rings. Surrounded by Joshua Trees and a nice view of the mountains. Super quiet and peaceful. Fulls bars Verizon at the first spot, down to 2 at the fourth.

Latest Check-Ins

Beautiful spot! Surrounded by Joshua Trees, completely empty on a Sunday night in January, only one other vehicle passed in the 24 hours we were there. 2-3 bars tmobile.
Flat spots, no amenities.

Report Check-In

Quiet place, few people pass by usually off-roading, mostly on the weekend. Fairly easy off-road trail to get to the campsites. There are about 4 sites that can fit large groups (2-3RVs +2-3 vehicles) and about 4 smaller sites further down the road. I didn't like this type of short grass that gets on everything and it's prickly, other than that I enjoyed my stay here.

Report Check-In

Really beautiful spot ~ 15 minutes from Searchlite. Single track road, any vehicle can do it. One large spot close to the main road, another further down on the left, another further in the right and even further another on the right. Not sure if there’s more than those 4 further down the road. Flat, fire rings, and clean, let’s keep it that way! Road gets slightly more bumpy past the 3rd spot but nothing bad at all.

Beautiful, quiet area. Memorial day weekend and not a soul around if that tells you anything. Like Joshua tree NP, minus Instagram culture 💫

Report Check-In

Beautiful, secluded spot. Signs stating restoration in progress so stay within the camp site and don't hike outside of it.
