we arrived in the late afternoon and enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine and a cheese plate while looking out over the Vicente Valley. The parking area is surrounded by vines and when we asked if we could stay the night we were told yes, of course. Washrooms were clean. a great place to stop and break up the drive between San Quintin and Ensenada.

Nice location and basic parking. The bathrooms are a bit of a hike up near the wine tasting area but they are well presented and clean. Not much to do in the evening as it was pretty chilly but enjoyed the area during the day and felt safe at night.

My fist winery stay and very happy with what they had to offer the overlanding community. Please keep it clean! We picked up tea bags and peanut shells left in the otherwise clean parking lot. Please be respectful.

Like other said, beautiful winery and super welcoming. They were closed but I messaged them on instagram and they allowed us to stay overnight. We bought a lovely bottle of wine too. We stay in the lower parking lot, and it was super quiet.

This is my first iOverlander review but Vinos Dubacano MOVED me enough to sign up! Despite using iOverlander, we’ve been slack on reviews.

We are so impressed with this location - beauty all around. Comfortable spot for our 23’ Sprinter van, picking oranges (the best) from trees next to us. We’ll BBQ and enjoy the evening taking in the magnificent views. Perfect for one of the last nights we have in Baja before heading North. And yes - we bought a couple bottles of wine. One to enjoy here and the other for a fun gift.

We highly recommend a night here. We met some fabulous Texans and enjoyed swapping Baja travel stories.

Beautiful vineyard with great wines. Free to stay, purchased a bottle of wine for 500 pesos. Arrived just after 17:00 when the tasting room was closed but was let in by a nice gentleman named Luis. Communicated via instagram (@vinosdubacano) ahead of time, highly recommend stopping here.

Nice clean and safe. Very friendly owners, stay for free but buy a wine please. We asked for water and could fill our camper with good quality water. Unfortunately with low pressure, so couldn‘t use my filters…
Little road noice only

As discribed, wonderful place. We are cycling and were allowed to pitch our tent at the parking lot. There is a clean toilet and a sink, but that's about it. We bought a bottle of wine as we like it, but I am sure it's optional. The views from the terrace are stunning and although it is not far from the street there is hardly any noise (you can hear cars and trucks, but very distant).
Free.

It‘s a really peaceful place. Google say’s it’s actually closed but we wrote a message to the owner and were still allowed to stay here. We stand with our roof tent under wonderful olive trees and drink an excellent bottle Sauvianon blanc.

Wonderful place. I arrived in the evening on my bicycle. There are other vineries but the gates were closed. I read about Dubacano in IOverlander and I was a bit worried that the gates would be closed too, but they were open! I cycled a bit along orange and lemon trees until I got to the main house and met Luis, who gave me a warm welcome. It is really free and they have toilets too. They sell wine but they did not have tastings at the moment. I did not buy any wine because on the bicycle, that would have been a problem. Otherwise I would have drunk the whole bottle before leaving… also a problem. But the place is amazing, they have got plants, birds, a stunning panorama. The highway is not too loud from the place where I camped.
The only problem was that in the middle of the night around 3am the winery at the other side of the highway started to work on irrigation or pesticides I don’t know but the noise of the machines was like multiple industrial sirens going off at once. So luckily I had earplugs! In the morning they stopped, maybe it was too hot for that kind of work. Anyway I’m thankful for that incredible level of hospitality and trust. I had a fantastic evening.

Such a beautiful place! We pulled up and the main gate was closed but not locked so we pushed it open and drove up to the winery. Luis greeted us and showed us to the camping area. It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the vineyards at the valley (much prettier than Valle de Guadalupe in my opinion). Camping is free here but encouraged to buy a bottle of wine or two. They have 16 selections - can definitely recommend the Tempranillo. He is planning to open up to tastings soon and has just built new toilets. Super quiet and peaceful place to stop for the night

Beautiful winery with views of vineyards, orange, lemon and olive tree orchards. No hook-ups. Stayed three nights with Harvest Host but realized it’s here for free! Big, flat, sandy parking space was roomy and quiet. Had a pack of coyotes visit but they were harmless and moved on after a few minutes. Wine tasting room (currently remodeling) was closed but was able to buy some delicious wine and pomegranate liquor. Ivan and Luis were so nice and accommodating. I was able to leave with a bag full of oranges and lemons picked right off the trees. Will definitely be back once remodeling is finished. T-mobile/Telcel service worked great!
