Description

Nice hostel located at about 10 blocks from plaza de armas. Cost per bed in shared room is 15 soles and it includes breakfast and parking. The parking lot is small so it can only fit one regular size vehicle or a couple of bikes but not big rigs. The hostel has WiFi, hot showers, there is one shared bathroom inside and several toilets and small bathrooms out of the building. The person in charge is called Ramiro and he speaks good English and Spanish. Since the hostel is located almost at the end of downtown Cusco you can find menús, markets and other small convenient stores with very low prices. The kitchen is also shared so you can buy your own food and cook it at the hostel. Shared dinning room also. You can buy Machu Picchu tour, or any other tour as well.

Update 17 Soles, no eggs.

Appallingly disorganised. Seems to be run by half hearted volunteers. Breakfast supposed to be 8 - 10 a.m Not ready before I left at 9:45!
Also had shoes stolen by one of the staff since I was only guest that night.

Good WiFi and parking for motorbikes. Kitchen is small. Beds are clean, bathroom and toilet are medium clean.
Breakfast consists only of 2 breads, Marmelade, butter and tea or coffee.
17 Sol per night, 5 Sol for parking. We payed in total 20 Sol.
10 Sol key deposit.
Loud in the evenings a everybody watches a movie or listens to music in the commonroom.
20 minutes to the center. Nice walk there, close to several markets.

Really good place to stay in Cusco. Close to market Rosaspata where you can buy almost everything. Person in charge now is called Alfredo. He is a bit unorganized but nice and made a good deal for us. Since our Kombi didn't enter the gate (because of our reck, without you may enter and inside would be space to park) we stayed in the street in front where it's secure to leave the car, could use all the facilities inside and paid 10 soles total without breakfast (since now it's only bread and jam you are better off preparing your own breakfast). A tent inside pays 10 as well. The hostel itself has a pretty cool space with green area to sit and have a barbecue (fresh trucha at the market), comfy common space and big kitchen. Good atmosphere!

Now called Inka City. We paid 15 Soles/night to stay in the car. We use bathrooms and shower (hot water, low pressure). Breakfast is included : egg, 2 breads, butter and jam (smaaaaaal amount) and coffee. Free tea all day. wifi average to slow. Tent friendly, BBQ, laundry service. We were able to leave the car when going out on a trek for 5S/day. The place is run by volunteers. 10 min to City center. The owner has a VW beetle, so he knows a lot about those cars. The gate is small, hard to get our VW Kombi in and out ! Good place, fair price.
